I placed an order online and cancelled it within an hour. The charge had already processed through my bank account. I both emailed and texted the company with the order details and requested a refund. I was first advised that the refund would be issued. I waited several days and received no refund. I emailed again again and was advised they would check into it. Again I waited several days and still no refund. I have since emailed twice again getting no response. My next step is to contact the BBB. The company may have good products however, from my experience, their interaction with their customers and customer service is deceitful. It appears they have just decided to keep my money.

Their products work, I use the pain cream for back pain daily and arthritis, very helpful. Their very good at getting back to me with clear explanations of their products. First class company and people. Thanks, Diane

I would rate them 100 stars if i could, I love pure CBD products I've been a customer for years and the only complaint i have is there ordering system for a while was stressful but it seems they have fixed it , other than that there products are surpassed to any other brand in potency quality and flavor I've tried many other brands but never found any other brand as great as PURE CBD , after being in multiple accidents and having a acromioplasty I found cbd as an alternative to pain pills and i belive you have helped me live a more normal life, I trust I can depend on you guys to keep me going. keep up the great work , I thank God for you guys

One of my products got switched with another and I never heard back after notifying the company and sending photos. But, I still can use it. So I let it go.

This CBD relaxes me and helps with my bipolar disorder and it helps me deal with people and makes me want to kill them less.

Works very well. I work in a warehouse in concrete flies and have knee issues and painful lower back and it works well for that. I use it about every 4-6 hours and it nantes it easier to get thru the night.

Why does it take so long for delivery?

I ordered pre-rolled CBD cigs. It had been 12 days and the item still hadn't arrived. So I send an email to their support address and that redirected me to text their customer service number. I sent a text asking for a status update and refund on shipping cost (since I paid for priority shipping which should take 2-5 days to deliver). The response I received was rude and short. I was told I needed to deal with them being slow and they wouldn't recompense me at all. So I canceled the order all together.

I ordered from this site and at first it was okay. The red flag was it took 10 days but when I got the product it was decent and actually better than most but due to lack of proper packaging it was very dry and crumbled like dust. Which is good to a certain extent but not to that point. Being that this industry is new and I do YouTube reviews I still gave this company a chance. I regretfully ended up ordering again to see if they have improved and to do an official review. This time without trying to follow up on the order and just see how they would treat me as a repeated customer. Well I ordered Wednesday and it is now Monday and I’ve yet to receive any shipping info and receive no response after questioning the processing time. I do not recommend this company to anyone. The owner is in completely non existent in the shipping process it’s a shame because with simple packaging and processing improvements the company could be top shelf product and service. I literally would take the job myself and could turn the company around but until they significantly change their management then I do not recommend this company at all. Completely unacceptable management practices.
