Brilliant service. I contacted Pureclean to request our contracted collection date was brought forward. Sara went out of her way to reschedule the collection for the next day. Very impressed especially in a time when delayed service has become normal practice in 'post covid' Britain.

I have given pure clean 5 star rating for one reason only, Ash . She is an absolute asset to your company. In the years we have been with you twice our contract and DD have been messed up by internal faults and twice Ash has gone way out of her way to resolve them quickly, professionally and her communication is second to none. If it was not for her we would use another company

Have used Pureclean to manage the parts cleaners on our site for many years - they provide a cost-effective service. Michael their service technician has a great attitude, providing a friendly and reliable service every 2 weeks, and promptly fixing any minor faults with the machines.
