Orderd part over phone. Shop sent out part 96 f350 high pressure fuel banjo fitting 400$ part didnot fit sent back to shop... usps indicates correct location. With usps tracking. So now I have no part, & No refund I do not recommend pure deisel power bad experience

Item was shipped out promptly. Unfortunately ups lost it. However when I called because the tracking showed lost they were already on top of the issue and had a replacement shipped right out! Very kind and helpful staff! I will definitely buy from pure diesel power again!

Our records indicate that you placed your order early in the morning of March 3rd, and you opted to take advantage of the "free" shipping option that we offer to customers. This method advertises that it will deliver your parts within 2-14 business days. The same afternoon, we called you to let you know one of the items you selected was out of stock and that we were awaiting its arrival, and that we could most likely ship it within 4-5 business days. You approved this and did not indicate you needed your parts any faster. One of the items you ordered shipped the same day and the rest of your order arrived and your remaining items all shipped on March 7th. Some of your order was delivered on March 6th, and the remaining was delivered March 13th. You received your entire order within 8 business days, well under the 14 days we advertise "free" shipping can take, even taking into account the parts delay that we made sure to inform of you of right away. In the future, please remember we offer expedited shipping to get your your parts faster, so we do not feel it's fair to leave us a one star review when you knew full well what the transit time of "free" shipping could be when you initially placed your order.
