They promised 30 Day Money Back guarantee so I purchased the Textile spray without researching too much on reviews, people have better things to do with their life and time. But be mindful, on the website when I purchased it the introduction says it is a product specialising in removing stains and odours. The product is nothing relevant to the promised effect of stains removal but just a disappointment, I took pictures of how it did not work on different garments(down jacket, cashmere, silk) and different stains. I sprayed enough product according to the direction and waited for more than 48 hours, no change. Wrote to their customer service but did not hear back for another two days, not even an automatic reply. After posting this review got a long reply explaining this product is more a smell remover than a stain remover, if you care to see another review also mentioned it. I was told that only two people requested money back over the years -- considering the product price, and the experience requesting a money back, it is not a surprise. I'm not totally convinced why I shall refrain my negative comments on the product, I'd be happy if my time devoted providing blunt feedback would help other fellow shoppers.

I think more “how to” videos would be useful. I realize it’s not a difficult product to use but when entering into the category, over communicating can be helpful.

Makes the clothes feel fresh. I’m not really sure about how well it takes away stains. It hasn’t removed stains completely.

I really like the thought of environmentally friendly cleaning and this worked well. However it didn't get rid off all the stains I wanted, nor all the smell in old shoes.
