incredibly fast delivery and delicate catalyst was in perfect condition. Reasonable price! Only other thing to mention is that it was purchasable separately as opposed to kit which was also available.

I made a mistake in my very late night order and didn't realize it until after I had paid. I sent an email telling them what happened and had an email in my inbox the next morning telling me my incorrect order had been cancelled to resend with the correct info. The order arrived very quickly even 2 time zones away. great service.

I always am able to replace my air filters for a reasonable price.

Easy to order and shipped in good time

Unfortunately I ordered 3 items in my last order and only 2 arrived. The matter was resolved within a few days however when the 3 item arrived it wasn’t what I expected. I ordered a package of 3 specific vacuum bags. I received 3 loose vacuum bags and have no idea which brand or quality they are. I gave up on trying to follow up to fix the matter. Ugh.

I needed filter that I had difficulty to find, but I find it here at a decent price! It was a perfect fit, and the delivery was fast!

I’ve been dealing with Purefilters for years. Very reliable service and great pricing. I also like the fact that they are CANADIAN.!

If there was a way to give them less than 1 star I would. I received a package with the wrong goods and quantity. Their "customer service" line would not connect you to a person and instructed you to send them an e-mail. They took several days to respond to the e-mail. I have had to send the same person the same picture of what I received twice. And to top it off, I found a local supplier that would sell me exactly the same product for half the price. Being completely honest I would say...don't walk - RUN away from Pure Filters!

Pure Filters has fantsdtic Service . I use their filters for my furnace , Merv 13, they are excellent quality snd improved the air qualityi in my home. I highly recommend them.
