Trying hard, but problems
On the basis of the advertised charges, Pure FineArt is towards the premium end of the photo-printing market. In 2019 I placed three orders, all for enlargements on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308.
With the first order, three of the four prints had faults. Pure FineArt immediately replaced these prints.
The second order, comprising four prints, was done well.
With the third order, the print was damaged in transit. Because of internal reorganisation, it took Pure FineArt in excess of two weeks to send a replacement. Unfortunately, that was also damaged in transit, and I immediately sent Pure FineArt detailed photographic evidence of the damage. Pure FineArt asked me to embark on a DHL damage claim procedure, and that would have caused further delay. As four weeks had already elapsed since I placed the order, I concluded that the order was proving too much trouble.
I am sure that Pure FineArt is trying to provide a good service. Unfortunately, however, I encountered too many problems.
