Everything went smoothly, and they have very good communication. I totally recommend it!

I was vey surprised to find l was asked to pay £40.06 to customs before l could receive my package. Fortunately l contacted the supplier and they agreed to pay half. This was not made clear when l ordered the goods.

The pendant ordered was exactly as described, and was very well received by the giftee.

The jewelry looked even better than in the photos. The delivery was not necessarily quick since I live in another country than where the company is located but it was certainly quicker than I expected. The packaging was lovely and it even came with a complimentary candle which while not a lot, it was a sweet thing to do. Very content with the service overall, would absolutely recommend.
