I sent off the gold parts of my basin taps (they are chrome and gold ) to pure gold plating . The gold parts were very worn and gold wearing away . We got them back last week and they look perfect . Scott was very good and kept in touch by email

PGP have done an absolutely excellent job gold-plating a pair of silver napkin rings for our Golden Wedding anniversary. They could not have been more helpful, right from my first enquiry to delivery of the finished work. Everything was completely up-front & open: they made sure that they & I knew the job was done properly by providing a high-tech precision measurement of the thickness of the gold that had been plated. My impression was that the charge for the work was very reasonable, though I don't have any other experience with which to compare.
I would use PGP again with the greatest confidence, and I would recommend them unhesitatingly to anyone who asked.
If you are an independent small business with deadlines I would not recommend. I sent two items to be plated on the 15th August and did not receive them completed until the 30th August despite been given a 5-7 day turn around. Communication was poor and I was given an incorrect completion date twice and consequently lost my customer! Items also had two scratches on them when returned...
