Worst shopping experience of my life.

I bought a lamp through this company last year via ebay, It took 2 months to get here, i had ordered the wrong one, they said to send it back for a replacement, did this, another long wait, wrong lamp, this time it was their mistake, I tried to get it sorted out & they cut me out, ignored my mails, ebay would not get involved because of the time factor/limit of 45 days The senders name on the address label is Suntek, I sent the lamp & know it has been delivered, no response. I did a google search & found a Suntek on facebook, loads of posts about how bad they are, goods not received, refunds not happening, how they are being investigated by e-bay for bad practise, how the goods took 40 days to arrive Coincidence?
Worst shopping experience of my life...........
I have only given the star because it's compulsory, I would not give any given a choice.
