Terrible service. Ordered the orthopaedic sandals 2 months ago, in France. They were of very poor quality and too small, so I immediately returned them to the UK, asking for a refund!! Had no idea they were coming from London. I am still awaiting a refund and now no longer get any replies . Will have to report this to financial ombudsmen . This is unacceptable for an online purchase.
