They are a scam
They are a scam. I ordered 2 eye creams and they have started charging my card every week sending me 2 eye creams at a time. I finally realized it when I checked my credit card. I learned they had me on a weekly subscription. I never authorized that.

BE CAREFUL SCAM COMPANY
BE CAREFUL. Purchased a product. Chased up when no shipping email was received. Got no response then eventually an email from Shop which says it’s been shipped but when I try the link it doesn’t work. Then today a second payment was debited to my account. Thank heavens I paid through PayPal and could raise a complaint. They froze any further debits and are persue a refund. Turns out the company has said I had agreed to a ‘billing agreement’ which I never had. They keep sending false shipping alerts & have now debited my account again.

On July 17th
On July 17th, 2026, I purchased the 3D Lifting Cream as a trial with a special they advertised & running for buy 1, get one free for 29.97w/ shipping I paid $33.97 I recently received it in the mail, haven't had time to try it and make sure it works for me and within a less than 14 days my account was debited again with a total of another $29.98 x2. I did not ask to be placed on a subscription. I tried contacting the fake phone number they have listed for customer support 503-422-3698 that does not work. This company is a SCAM. I need my money deposited back to my account ASAP as this has affected my budget bills for this month.

These transactions are unauthorized and need to be refunded to my account.
I ALSO NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM YOUR UNWANTED SUBSCRIPTION THAT I NEVER ASK FOR.
