Great service. I always receive my order within a few days, so when one order seem to take longer than it should, I called them. They located my package in a few minutes. It seems that my sub par post office was holding it. I was able to get my package. Wonderful company, I will continue to order from them.
I put a order in online at night, the next morning i recieved a text concerning my order. Actually a great way to communicate. I am totally impressed how they took care of it, especially as a 1st time client!
Pure Off-road is Top Shelf in customer service and products . Ordered my wheel and tire set and received them on my doorstep 3 days later ! Answered all my questions in a timely manner and always with a smile . If your looking for anything off road give them a call .
First of all I ordered wheels and tires and their website says they will be mounted and ready to be put on when delivered. Nothing was mounted and a tire was literally smashed like it was in a press for weeks. When I contacted them about the tires not being mounted I was told I could go and have them done locally and they will reimburse me the cost for them not doing their job right in the first place. Well here it is a week later and now I’m being ghosted after sending the pic of the receipt to get reimbursed.
