This is the worst company to deal with. The equipment is not a quality product. My order was broken up into multiple shipments and I never received the batteries that were supposed to be come with the unit. You can never talk to anyone directly. If you need help don’t do business with them. Return charges are exorbitant I truly feel ripped off. I needed the unit for a trip and I came to find out that they were out on holiday when I ordered and I wouldn’t receive the unit in time because they were on holiday when I ordered. Attempts to reach anyone after placing the order was not possible. Don’t order from this company in china. They are a sham.

POC-10 concentrator not fit for purpose it is NOT medical grade oxygen, the machine tested with a SMART CHECK O2 analyzer and at ‘C; continuous setting shows 96% O2 on the machine but 68% on the Smart Check analyzer. All other pulse settings were down except for setting 1. Pure Oxyygen Store were sent a 2 minute video showing this fault and eventually replied stating that they accepted it was faulty. First they offered 2 then 300 $us and to put a good review which was refused by me. Then they said well send it back at your expense (FEDEX £60) then upon safe and acceptable return and their return policy would charge the outbound shipping fee ,less handling charge, less price of extra battery as accessories non refundable which after all deductions from my original 779$US would give me 402 $US back into my account. They made a note of saying the return must be clearly marked ‘Glass blowing equipment and not oxygen concentrator as it would be confiscated by Chinese Customs. Last but not least, they advertised this as Medical grade oxygen, you would harm your lungs if you used this, Clearly a seller to avoid.

DON’T PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! The oxygen 1-7L machine overheated while using the charger they provided and the silver piece of the charger broke off. I’ve been going back and forth with them by email sending pictures and videos and they’re continuously making it seem as if I didn’t know how to use the equipment! It’s been at least 3 weeks now and NO RESOLUTION!

They have a misleading way of selling the products and the service is poor. Waste of money! I bought a POC 10L which has a very poor performance and that's suppose to be their highest spec model.

Product not as advertised, company was rude and didn’t want to do the return/refund. Had to get my credit card company involved to dispute it. Finally they sent an email stating they’d refund all but $200 of it. The concentrator marked as 1L-10L continuous flow is falsely advertised. Its pulse flow only until you set it to 10L. So if you need continuous flow at a lower setting, this product doesn’t provide it.

This company failed to honor their promised one-year return policy. I would give them a ZERO rating if I could. I purchased a Hacenor brand home oxygen concentrator machine from pureoxygenstore.com in May 2025. In October 2025, the machine malfunctioned -- making a very loud noise that made it impossible to use. Despite repeated emails to their customer service department, I never got one response to my request for a replacement machine or refund.

Does not include all nose applications as shown, just a bunch of junk hose. NO clear directions. NO decent customer service. Return policy is outrageous, charged for shipping, restock fee, NOT in USA as stated. BUNCH of scammers preying on elderly that need oxygen!

Does not have a phone number to contact them. You have to ask questions on line and they don't want to answer you. Really bad instruction book and everything was written in Chinese. Really bad company. Will not recommend them to anybody. Their machines are junk and you have to pay out of your own pocket to send it back. This company sucks!

I bought an oxygen generator and was not seeing any improvement in my blood oxygen levels. When I tried to get get some help to determine if the unit was operating properly I was quickly dismissed and told that if air was coming out of the cannula it was working.
I STILL SEE NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN USING THE UNIT OR NOT USING IT.
