I was really lost in the payment platform jungle. Not knowing where to go and how to evaluate the different platforms. Once I finally found PurePay I had a great and transparent onboarding experience and very good support every step of the way. Overall a very smooth ride. Comes highly recommended in my book.

Onboarding process was good. We had some issues of integration because of new acquiring bank, so it took some time to solve those issues.
Gerardo has been always available and willing to help to solve the problems. I like the fact they have Whatsapp customer support, while others use mostly only e-mail.
Their merchant panel also looks complete and useful.

Well what I can say, Gerry really took the stress out of applying for a payment gateway/merchant account. As a start up within the cannabis industry we had failed to obtain a payment gateway for 2 years!
