Good service
This was my first purchase from pure pens, a fountain pen. The pen was dispatched very quickly and was well packaged. There were no instructions with the pen but I am familiar with fountain pens and the internet helped. There was an odd compliments slip enclosed with the pen.
In summary the transaction and service was very good and I hope to purchase some inks in the future.

Great service - again
As a returning customer i'd already experienced the great service from Pure Pens and this order was no different.
I ordered online and received the goods the following day. Although the pen sent was incorrect, after emailing, this was resolved by next post (many thanks)
No hesitation in recommending Pure Pens for their great service & good range available.
