I have epilepsy (absence seizures). Have only been taking it a week so it’s hard to say if it is benefiting me. But so far epilepsy seizures have reduced, and I have been sleeping so much better - feel like I’m getting deeper sleep and feel refreshed in the morning. Haven’t been so drowsy throughout the day. Boyfriend keeps pinching drops too🙄 he finds it really helps him sleep! I also suffer with anxiety and feel like it helps me relax. Anxiety is still there - but it just helps me manage it a lot better. This is a fantastic product, great customer service through the website. They give you all the info you need. I have been recommending it to everyone! Only thing I could suggest to improve is price! 😱

I made my order, and they messaged me to ask if I wanted it the way I'd ordered previously (3x relax).
They were right, and I'd forgotten to put it in the notes.

Having tried the normal 500mg/ 20ml (no terpene profile) the first thing i could notice was the taste. It has to be the best tasting cbd product i have ever tried, they must be using some high quality mct oil.

The effects are:
Daytime use it helps me to relax more when im out and about and also help me to focus more on tasks i am doing.

Nighttime use: I can notice my body feels relaxed, also my thoughts arent racing as much. I did find my dreams/ deep sleep duration was improved a lot. This is from using 25mg before bed. This is a higher dose so i wouldnt recommend taking that much past 10pm, or if you are new to the effects of cbd as well as if you have to be up in the early morning.

Interestingly , purephyto appears to use the same cannabinoid/ quality testing company as one of my favourite suppliers.

If you have the money and want only a high quality cbd product with a nice taste id say purephyto would be a great choice.

Bought this for my wife who suffers with M.E. It has only been around 4-5 days that she has been taking it, but she believes she has had more energy than she did before introducing CBD to her routine. We genuinely don't know if this is because of the CBD oil or not, as there is no known cure for M.E and it could well be a placebo affect. In any case, we'll most certainly buy more as and when required as long as she feels better with it than without it. Would have given it a 5 but due to the short time frame we've had it felt like a 4 would be more genuine.

First time using it after three days we are feeling much easier as i have osteoarthritis in my feet ankles and spine my husband on his shoulders.The hospital says they can nothing for us we are are eighty four and eighty eighty,it is such a relief to feel easierA Dutch lady told us about it we thank her from the bottom of our hearts we shall keep using it
