PURE NONSENSE.

I want to give pure planet a good slapping. My new provider reduced my monthly payments that were arranged by PP, saying they were way too high. I'm sorry for all the people still struggling with this awful company.

I can’t register negative stars or I…

I can’t register negative stars or I would. The best news I’ve had today is that the company has ceased to trade.
I am genuinely sorry for customers who have been affected by this closure and I hope they manage to get some sort of support and a new supplier. I’m also sorry for the decent people who have lost their jobs.......but from my experience I dont seem to have found any.

I am so glad I transferred my supplier months ago, and I’m guessing from the sudden increase to a 77% negative profile many other have done the same.

In my case,since leaving them Ive been bombarded with requests for meter readings, threats and demands to set up a direct debit......but they refuse to acknowledge my communication reminding them I’m no longer a customer. Morons.

The review;
Readers will see a trail of negative reviews made by me and 77% of their current and ex customers. That tells a story in itself.
My reviews catalogue a serious failing in customer services and support. All I can think is they don't care about us ad never have, or, they employ robots who’s only method of communication is a scripted WatBot or people who are illiterate. On the two occasions I have had a response (a year ago) I tend to believe they employ illiterate robots.

I have been chasing them for months and get the electronic reply that I’m important to them....REALLY???
Then nothing else. However on each occasion I leave a negative review on TrustPilot I am contacted within a couple of hours asking for more details...I refer the. To the triple figure e mails sent to them and then get nothing back.

I know this review will continue to go unanswered, in the same way my e mails have. I also know I might as well write off any money they owe me, and I can’t register a complaint with Ofgem as the company has ceased trading.......thankfully they only have a small amount owed to me as I changed supplier months ago.

I’m sure they have ceased trading as people have decided to ditch this parasitic organisation. And that’s good news. I just hope their greedy selfish owners are unable to start trading in any other capacity. But as I said, I’m truly sorry for customers who are now stranded and the odd decent employee who must exist somewhere

Good riddance PurePlanet......one less parasite on the pile.....you have made my day 🤪🤪🤪

I am running a mile

This company I am running a mile. If you ask to speak to them or you ask them to call they won't. They take what they want from your bank. With lock down its like this company is taking full advantage of just taking what they want from your bank. There charges are excessive. They have no customer services. They send emails on top of emails they are very irritating. bye to them!!!!!!!! They don't deserve my money

Horrible and terrible company

Horrible and terrible company. They are overcharging me every month and it keeps going up. I tried to complain and it crap and they always repeat the same thing. I want to leave as they are stealing money from me. You can not even speak to a human being on the phone its only via email which there is not even a point in raising a complaint as they never deal with it

No response to email or complaint

Sent them an email and got standard reply that my email has been received and they will respond. Still waiting for that. Logged on to site and made a complaint and had no response to that either. Will be moving on as soon as my contract has reached the minimum required term to leave.

STEER CLEAR

This company is a shambles. They harass you all the time. I was only with them for 4mths before they wanted to put my DD up by 25pc, even though I had a 1yr agreement with them, and my account was in debit.
After another 2mths they then wanted to put it up by 50pc. STEER CLEAR, all they are interested in is the money and not you as a customer.

Still waiting for closure

Very poor to none existent customer service. They loose emails and tell the customer they were never sent. Proof an email was sent can be shown. You would think an all digital company would know this as all emails have an audit trail! We often complain of large energy companies ripping people off but this small supplier being all online is definitely one to avoid just on customer service grounds.

I am still waiting for my case to be dealt with. Their response time is terrible and they should have a phone line service. I cant believe they save that much money by not having a phone number than if they did. Their customer service would be better and they could employ more people. Why are they not prepared to acknowledge all the bad reviews and do something about it? Note to Pure Planet, please check DM Facebook more regularly. Once you post, the customer is likely to respond fairly quickly. Do not expect to wait hours if not a day or more later for a return message. Many thanks. Amy

Pure Planet deserve 4 stars minimum

Couldn't believe how badly rated Pure Planet were here, so moved to record my experience. All positive. Contacting them via the app or email has never been a problem, and when they suggested a payment hike and I objected, they quickly agreed to leave direct debit unchanged. They may not be the cheapest, but I don't mind, if it's supporting the planet.

Been with them 10 months still waiting for a statement. No telephone number or response to a DM. I have no idea if I’m in credit or debit and no way of contacting anyone. Awful customer service - no point in being the cheapest if your service is awful people just leave - me included as soon as I can find out how much I owe

Probably the worst company that I have…

Probably the worst company that I have ever dealt with.
I have now been asked by Pure Planet to reconsider my original review!!
Further to my review of 7 days ago Pure Planet asked via Trustpilot for my contact details to look again at the situation.This resulted in an unsatisfactory reply that the problem was of my own making regarding the national database.This despite the fact that Pure Planet rang me two days after receiving my application of 8th May to establish the gas MPRN number and check my address.
In a separate personal email of 9th August which listed the various other reasons why I was unable to complete the switch they suggested in their own words “If you’d be willing to reconsider your review in light of this,you can go to the Trustpilot site,tap my reviews then edit underneath the review.You can change your star rating as well as the text.
If you want to leave it as it is-that’s fine too.We appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback”

Website lots of advertising gumpf, not actual facts i need

The "average annual charge" companies put in is pugwash, how can they know how much electric or gas is used unit wise, all they can truthfully say is total annual standing charge which doesnt change.

Im not even trying to join them!
I moved to a new property which pure planet was set up in. I have a contract with EDF so requested the switch... which PP then declined with no reason!

trying to contact them is a nightmare as its all online, no direct chat, just emails, twitter or some stupid bot that is not helpful.

finally got a reply the next day saying i need to set up an account to do this, which i reluctantly did and now waiting for more information which will probably never come until they need money.
