Worst Commercial RE Property Management Co in Australia

My experience with Pure PM following a break-in at the property has been the most unprofessional experience I have encountered with a commercial RE. I have 30 yrs of commercial property experience and they have to be the worst agency and definitely don’t care about their tenants. I was dealing with a Matthew Pohlen who is next to useless.
I first reported my damaged garage door on Monday, 24 August 2026. In an email dated 3 September, Pure PM advised that the body corporate would arrange repairs.
Today, 30 September 2026—37 days after my initial report and 27 days after that email—the licensee, Kylie, finally called to advise that the door would be fixed. The repair is still outstanding.
They have limited communication skills and high staff churn rate in the Maroochydore office. AVOID PURE PM like the plague.
