Excellent item, very pleased !

Was a bit doubtful at first but after using it for a couple of weeks I can definitely see the difference in terms of improved water quality: my skin and hair feel significantly better after installing the filter in the shower head.

Good product which we have come to value, although a little tricky to fit without the inner seal inside the filter casing moving when you put the new cartridge in so hard to eliminate a slight drip remaining, but prompt and efficient customer service and delivery.

Brilliant piece of equipment that offers a strong water jet from a low pressure source. Showering is now a pleasure to endure each day. Thank you.

I have purchased a couple of Pure Showers 4 stage cartridge filters. Previous to using their filters, on turning on the Shower in the morning I could smell the extremely strong stench of chlorine etc. Now it is a pleasure. The water also feels soft. I hope to shortly purchase their shower heads which appears to have a stainless steel plate. Such heads are a rarity. All good wishes to those who provide such an excellent service coupled with remarkable products.

I’ve ordered the shower and I test my water before and after and guess what is not any difference! Like no difference at all! The chlorine level, the PH , the Alkalinity, etc ,, everything is absolutely the same using my old shower and this one! Very disappointed!

Water filter great- water is lovely and soft.

I tried to stay ahead on refills by ordering 3 refill packages for my Vitamic C showerhead. I hadn't opened the packages until months after ordering, and found the Vitamin C blocks missing from all 3 packages.
When I contacted the customer service, replacements were arranged, sent and received within a week, and I was only asked for a few pictures of the received items. Accidents happen, but what speaks loudest is how they are handled afterwards, and PureShowers were swift and professional in my experience.

I bought the ionic pure shower head at really good price I did see the recommendation on bbc1 show after morning news and it was recommended to save water and also give extra power to the shower head it definitely works really well my whole family loves having shower more so as it is gentle on the body but powerful to rinse the soap off I managed to get a discount on the shower head and I bought extra refills beads also discounted definitely a good purchase on my behalf.
