I placed an order for a shower filter and paid a bit more to receive a "Royal Mail 24" delivery. Despite the name, it will not be delivered within 24 hours. I cut and pasted the tracking number onto the Royal Mail website, it told me to try again tomorrow. I set up an account with Pure Showers so that I could track the number that way. It has no record of the order. I then called their customer service office. The woman I spoke to said someone will get back to me. She could not even tell me if they have a record of the order or if she recognised the order number. She could not even tell me when someone will get back to me and said her computer system is unable to take the order number. I will not buy from these people again and I suspect I will be asking for a refund. As soon as I had placed the order, they sent me a note to say the order may be delayed. So why offer a Royal Mail 24 service? The only "response" that I have had from the seller is below, despite having called and sent them emails from yesterday afternoon. I have since asked to cancel and for a refund since yesterday afternoon.My response to the seller is this is a very rude and poor level of customer service. In some ways, I am glad you left the note below, as it speaks volumes. A pity you have failed to reply to my two telephone messages and my email asking for a refund. I paid by pay pal and I can reject any delivery you send, so you are better off processing the refund, which is important to me as I have no faith in your service.
I have checked this company out. They are not registered with Companies House. My Pay Pal payment was made to a Healthy Home Warehouse Pty Ltd, based in Australia. The phone number is not a customer service number but an overflow administration company that just takes messages. They cannot look up the order. I checked the Royal Mail number with Royal Mail. Despite it being two days, no package has been handed to them.
Just an update, the only email I got from the people below was yesterday, despite calling their message taking office (it is not a customer service and they said they are not part of this company, all they can do it take messages on their behalf). Effectively, the only reply I had from them is the one below and I think it speaks volumes about how they treat their customers. If I had my time again, I would NEVER have approached this company. Their service levels leave a lot to be desired. I will be sending their product back when I am next at the post office as buying from them was a big mistake

Excellent product, we have had numerous shower heads which have all stopped functioning because of limescale, but this head so far does not have this problem.

I've used this company on a few occasions and customer service is helpful and friendly. I recently asked for advice about a simple filter for a fixed waterfall shower head, and they had this in stock (not on Amazon). I have eczema from time to time, and it's essential to have a good quality filter to take out chlorine and soften the water. Nice company in Cornwall - good service and quality products at a competitive rate.

Excellent product to remove impurities including chlorine from the water,especially when you are showering in an enclosed space and breathing harmful chemicals in.

It has been 2 months since we started using shower filter. Great result in skin condition of all family. Less itching after shower and smooth skin. Worth of the investment. Happy customer, thank you!

I fitted 2 of their compact shower filters and since then the whole family notice a big change in the water , less smell of chlorine and scale and less itchiness after a show or a bath , the pressure drops slightly , but its not noticeable , definitely recommended.

Really makes a change in water quality. Will buy another set for other family members. Thanks.

I bought the Ionic shower head . I have tried so many shower heads in the past and because we have extremely hard water and also low pressure none of the previous ones have been any good. It was very easy to fit and gave us the best shower we’ve had in a very long time! The beauty of it is that you can take it apart and remove the limescale from every section. It certainly is a gamechanger! Delivery was also very fast from pure showers. 10/10

We bought two (one for bathroom and one for ensuite) and they were very easy to install and have made a difference. The water is fresher and softer which is a need in our very hard water area.

I have been a customer of Pure Showers for years and very happy with the filters I have tried but I cant begin to say how much I love the Vitamin C ionic hand held shower filter, I literally danced for joy! Not only does it filter very well, but the lemony Vit C smells so fresh and zingy and I now have a power shower ! it really does increase water pressure so it feels like a spa treatment every time I shower or have a bath as I also use it to fill the bath. The best I have ever used. The only issue is that a bit of water remains in the head so rather than let it sit I unscrew it to drain it out and use that to wash my face or something. Definately recommend. Our skin is an organ that absorbs everything we put on it and it is so important to use good quality water inside and out.

Shower filter was bought for my sensitive skin. I live in a soft water area so it will take a couple of months to see if there is any improvement. The filter was fairly easy to fit and does not impair the shower’s performance.

Ionic shower head is amazing & does exactly what it says,I've recommended it to all my friends. I live in a hard water area,but with this shower head it's like silk water,I love it!

I bought a shower head filter a while ago which filters nasties in the water and continue to buy the refills for it, the water is much softer after showering and when it needs changing I’ve noticed the base of the filter replacement balls have turned black so it must be doing a good job

Instruction leaflet has very small print but installation is straightforward. We have a Mira power shower where the shower head connecting thread is within the shower body casing. The compact shower filter's input cowl just fitted between the threads and the case and was able to be installed. The shower hose easily fitted onto the outlet connection. Using the filter, the shower water was noticeably chemical-free. My wife suffers from chemical sensitivities (which is why she wanted to try this filter) and she has found the shower water has much less detrimental effects on her now. We live in a hard water area and I have noticed I need less shower gel and soap to get a lather. Even I have noticed less chemical smell to the shower. Before this filter I would not have known the chemical smell of chlorine affecting the shower water. With the filter in place and the water cleaned, the difference is noticeable.

I just wait for them to email me about their discounts and make my annual purchase of the filter for my shower, so I get softer water when I wash.

Excellent swift service when ordering a shower replacement filter. Would prefer verbal advice over the phone when ringing in with a query, though an email does come through the following day to help, but with one email per day in reply to any further emailed queries, it does slow the help process down somewhat.
