This company are a disgrace. DO NOT BUY. Firstly they sent me the wrong size of shoe, then as a "good will gesture" they said I could keep the useless pair of shoes and pay £10 to have the correct size shipped. When I then asked for a refund I was expected to complete 2 long winded forms and front the £23 shipping cost up front to return them to China where upon receipt they will refund what I paid for the shoes and give me £20 towards shipping, so not a full refund. The marketing is slick but this company certainly feels like scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Great service

I have suffered with Plantar Faciatis and neuropathy for years. I tried the purestep motion and love them so ordered the walking ones. My only regret is I followed the size guidance and it said 9.5 (I'm usually 8-8.5) and they are too big so started to be uncomfortable as not the right size. I ordered the size down for the new pair and perfect. I have worn them so not sure I can return as I am happy with the product so the " money back" guarantee doesn't really apply! I will donate to a homeless charity and order some more :-)

Comfy shoes although this particular pair seemed larger than others I've had from the company.

Prompt delivery. Product exactly as described. Incredibly lightweight but good tough soles. My only hesitation is whether there is sufficient support for the foot when walking. I'll find out after use!

I really needed comfortable and stable shoes as my balance was affected by a cast on my fractured arm. These shoes did just that. They aren't waterproof but I have other boots which are. The Purestep shoes are more comfortable than my slippers!
Delivery time was OK and I am happy with the Information on the website regarding sizing and product details.

They took a bit longer to arrive - but when they did it was definitely worth the wait!
I have M.S and do not walk well at all. I am very wary of slipping , but these shoes grip really well - no slipping and sliding. They are lightweight , very easy to put on and are very comfortable! I was so pleased with them that I ordered 2 more pairs! I would highly recommend them.😊

The product is excellent. Fit excellent. I gave 4 stars because delivery was rather long.

Lovely the shoes because I feel in control of my feet, not wobbly. I am 89years old, so need them.

I have found the shoes really comfortable and like walking with bare feet.

The shoes I ordered were a bit too small. Immediate helpful response from customer service who ordered me the next size for the small cost of the postage. And I could keep the small pair. The shoes took under 2 weeks to arrive and I am very happy with them. Comfortable and just as described.

My original order was too small and had a slightly faulty lace clasp. My correspondence with Purestep was answered very promptly and satisfactorily and I now have the right size shoes, which I am very happy with. Very pleasant and helpful service.

Everything perfect(including the shoes) but the delivery was a bit slow.

I got my second pair of the barefoot trainers but unfortunately I can’t wear them because of the magnet on the inside of them too hard for my heel i thought they would be the same as my first pair
