Chris is extremely approachable and knowledgeable and he was very supportive of my low budget home cinema project. I always endeavour to check with Pure Theatre before buying anything now because I get good prices and I know he won't support rubbish. I would recommend anyone to come over and see their showroom and have a chat if they are starting a project like I did.

I spoke to 3 home cinema companies and Pure Theatre were by far the most helpful. I have created a pop up professional cinema within our craft cidery business. I dealt with Chris, who really took the time to understand my plans, needs and targets. Pure Theatre made no assumptions about my knowledge or use techi language, everything was explained very clearly without the fuss, as that is what I wanted, (I'm sure Chris could hold quite a lengthy conversation using only letters and numbers if that's what you want).
I made the trip to visit them and spent an hour or so being shown different projectors and screens and the differences. I would definitely reccomend going for a demo (very good coffee too).
I had alot of trust in Chris and followed his advice on where to invest / spend our budget (lumens and laser) as we are sometimes a public / daytime space. And where perhaps we could save on budget, speakers that were hidden by the acoustic fabric instead of recessed and hidden into the wall, which you would probably want in a home setting.
I wouldn't hesitate in reccomending Pure Theatre and I'm sure I will be buying more equipment from them in the future.

Needed a new bulb for my projector, for some reason the website wasn't showing delivery properly so gave them a quick call and the very polite gentleman sorted me out no bother, super efficiently, with fast delivery- wrapped up well & a genuine bulb exactly the same as the original one within the projector from new. Recommended store. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again. 2 Thumbs up :)

This is my second projector lift bought from Pure Theater I am upgrading to a 4 K projector . First unit was purchased in 2014 and have had no issues with it over the years so I had no hesitation in using the company again . Build quality is second too none with a smooth action . Installation is straight forward with the minimum of fuss . Company is very easy to deal with and supply loads of information for you to make the correct choice of unit
