Don't get scammed.

They take payment and don't ship anything out. Their store has been down since before February. Steer clear of them, it is plain and simple. After scamming, he likes to send many messages about how he is not scamming you. Don't be fooled. The person currently in charge seems to be sadistic as it earns no money to take time to craft continuous lies over a long period of time, he simply enjoys doing so.

I had spent thousands in the past and they still decided to completely rip me off. They prefer a quick buck for free nowadays. They still have inventory listed in stock despite being out since the end of January, even though they openly confess to having nothing after getting the payment while promising refunds and doubling the order amount. Beyond sketchy but since they were good in the past, I thought they would protect their reputation.

If they weren't scamming, no one would have went out of their way to destroy their paypal account by reporting them. Whoever did that is right for doing so, as it likely prevented them from getting even more money from others that used to shop here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first, but it has been about 3 months now and they finally stopped sending my emails promising me refunds and boosting my order amount up.

The 1 star review before mine about about tia-depot being great is accurate. They have a discount about every day, and it is a bigger discount on Fridays.

Stay safe and be sure to use trusted source. Unfortunately, no one can predict the future as to when a source decides to pull an exit scam after building a solid reputation up over many months. My theory is that some scammer bought their domain after it expired. The original business constantly had updates posted on the website which never happened after the domain was purchased by a scammer looking for free cash that kept the appearance of the site the same after acquiring it. I wish the old owners would have sent an email out informing everyone about the business closing so a scammer could not have used their reputation to scam others, or maybe it is still the original owner who just decided to close shop with an exit scam, which is common online and nothing new to the scene.

Sorry to say I have an awful experience to report on what was otherwise a great source. On 1/20/25 they appeared in stock and after ordering they tell me it's on backorder. Some nonsense about a site shutdown pausing fulfillment that never made any sense, saying theyd be back on schedule by the end of that week. They refunded that order at my request. Later that week I placed another order- it'll be filled Monday. Unhappy, but whatever. Monday, nothing. Tuesday, update message- they're 85% but wouldn't you know, I'm in that last 15%, now its Wednesday...oh and they referred to me by anothers name, sloppy work denoting a mass mailing effort. Wednesday, nothing, won't reply. Thursday, nothing. Friday, after ghosting for two days, they tell me they're almosssst finished. At this point I tell them to expedite the shipping and/or bonus material or just fully scam me and keep the money, because I figured it an exit scam already. They refunded me instead. Really unhappy about how that all went down. I spend about $1k a month and they did a pretty good job, some shipping mishaps but nothing major before. Every other vendor I use runs a tight ship professional outfit that would NEVER mishandle something this poorly, and what gets me is the silence for days and just WILDLY exceeding deadlines. I hate lying and time wasters. I'll vouch for their product and great prices but when they get it wrong, they get it REALLY wrong, and I'd rather go elsewhere. I suggest you do too. TiaDepot is great, and their X feed delivers a transparency and updates you simply won't get with puretnc. Best of luck to them, and yourselves.

Reliable and preemptive, communicative vendor. When stock running low, they emailed recent repeat orderers to inform us, giving order deadlines and all! They generally have consistent stock, ship quickly and reliably, and orders are always at least slightly overweight.

Prices are pretty high. But they’re worth it for the quality and consistency offered. I’d give them 9.5/10, and only order elsewhere if they’re fully out of stock.

This is it! PureTnc is the Best place to get reliable, high quality Research materials. They took all the best aspects of the other guys, and found ways to improve on them. They’ve made a business that’s really unique and outstanding. Out the door Shipping speed is fast and reliable. Quality control is top notch, and Pricing is aggressively competitive.
I’ve had few issues with PureTnc, but each and every one was (very) promptly acknowledged, and resolved with unique case by case solutions. Communication with their team is lightning fast, and it’ll make you wonder why simple customer service is so difficult with all the other guys.
If you haven’t checked out PureTnc yet, you really are missing out in more ways than one. If you’re still unsure, then just send them a message. They make it easy from start to finish.

So I don't usually feel compelled to write a second review for a site I like to use, but WOW I really would just like to tell everyone about this amazing bit of customer service PureTNC gave to me recently.

I had placed my order well before the cut-off time on a Friday afternoon for Fedex 2-day delivery. About 6pm est rolls around and still I don't see any tracking number. So I decided to see what was up. Well apparently they informed me due to a clerical error on their part my order wasn't able to get shipped out that day... BUT not only did they promise to ship it out to me the very next day ( with upgraded overnight shipping ) they actually REFUNDED THE ENTIRE AMOUNT AND SENT ME THE ORDER FOR FREEE!!!!!!

And that's WITH all the bonus material added as well.

I've never in my life seen a site like this go to such lengths to ensure a customer stays happy and retain their business while covering up for an error on their part.

I'm literally blown away. I don't think I'll ever use anyone else after this unless it's a very extreme circumstance or PureTNC here decides to ( tragically for all our sakes lol ) close up shop and retire, lolol.

I just can't say enough good things about this place!

The absolute best in the business hands down! I had a reliable vendor that I never strayed from for the better part of two years, and despite them being a little “hokey” at times and frustrating to say the least, I stuck with them because they were the most consistent of the inconsistent vendors I had done business with. That all changed when the industry wide product shortage took hold in March and my “trusted vendor took money for an order I placed and offered me ZERO insight into where my order was or when they would be able to fill it, and that’s when I found PureTNC!! These guys are beyond professional, and unlike nearly every other company out there, they respond to questions or concerns almost immediately, and the product is second to none in terms of quality. I found them completely by chance and out of necessity, and they have earned my loyalty as a customer for life!!

These people are actually prompt, honest & courteous. When I first started doing business with them, I had misgivings. I thought it might be a scam and I'd send money and get crickets in return. Not the case at all! They emailed me back in minutes and assured me they're not a scam. And they gave me an extra 20% product with my order! Every time I had issues with my order, they straightened it out right away. Even on a weekend. Good job TNC!

I really wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. Their customer service is absolutely the best you could possibly ask for and then some. Very high quality materials, fast shipping, and will go far above and beyond to accommodate you should you run into any difficulties with your transaction at all. I must say that I am incredibly impressed, and couldn't be happier with the way they have treated me.

I was a little sketched out about this company to begin with. I even freaked out a bit on them which I feel really bad for doing. However, after doing business with them, I am completely satisfied with their product and customer service. I was skeptical about using these guys at first because I had a company I was consistent with and they all just ran out of stock with no heads up. I ended up using pure tnc, My order came quickly. It was great quality. I have no clue why they are more than six reviews on here. I’m swapping from the vendor. I’ve been using for 3 1/2 years to this company now mainly because of Great product, very effective Communication, they message back usually within five minutes in my experience I even messaged them on a Sunday and they responded quickly placing another order now

Very prompt responses and good quality. These are one of the companies that has good customer service and reliability in this field. It’s a nice change to deal with such a competent company. I only have positive things to say about them.

I don't even want to write this review. I want everybody to fall for that poor review below and be too scared to order like I almost was, so I can keep this EXCELLENT vendor under the radar and all to myself. My Lord. I didn't even think the site was still live and Lord knows how I heard of them. Request a sample at 3pm on a Saturday and receive a TRACKING NUMBER an hour later, no s&h or anything just on the way. Receive, excellent. Very impressed and honestly I'm suddenly not so sure about my last vendors product after this reminder it can be a lot better. Immediately placed a proper order, communication was clear and payment was a breeze, a stock issue came up which was quickly rectified with an agreed substitution while a full refund was also offered. They will be my full time vendor for now on, and if by some tragedy I ever run afoul of them, I'll write a scathing fake review full of dystopian horror and betrayal toying with the readers very perception of reality- and not some fake nonsense about drywall ffs. I really almost missed out on this high quality low profile vendor because of a poor review by someone acting greasy. Everything's been top notch keep it coming 🫡

I ordered sodium from them as no other vendors in US are in stock. I explained I need ASAP bc other vendor left me high and dry. They went out of their way and shipped the product out on a Saturday, outside their normal shipping days and hours. I paid FedEx overnight and they upgraded me to FedEx Overnight First Delivery for free. So I got my order before 8am on Monday! Which was huge relief!! I was expecting it sometime late afternoon which is usually when FedEx delivers. The product quality of sodium is A+ and was glad to see they started selling it. As well, the sodium quality is at least as good or better than the other vendors I’ve purchased from, which is 2-3 others. It is actually more dense of a product than my normal vendor, which is great.

I have no complaints and am in no way affiliated with this company. In fact I’ve been using another vendor for past several years til supply issues happened throughout the US, but this company must have planned ahead and stocked up… I wish the other vendors would’ve done similar. Which I am really thankful for.

In terms of communication, I emailed them several times explaining the dilemma I was in and I had replied back to every email within 10-15 minutes and offered a solution to help me out.

I read the other user’s complaint below saying they put sawdust or fillers in their non caustic product. In my experience, which I ordered the non caustic once a while back (it wasn’t my preference) but the quality was fine… definitely no fillers or sawdust which is comical to even think someone would do. The non caustic is probably more similar to a FA or sulfate IMO… which I typically don’t prefer unless I’m a bind or tapering down. Other users who prefer those types should definitely give it a try.

I ended up weighing out the product and got about 2 grams over the 50 I ordered which also was really nice to see!! Plus there’s probably another 1/2 gram at least stuck to the bag which I will wash out later and use. 😁

So far so good. I just made an order and the customer service was very responsive and accomodating with me. I needed to get it out a couple mins after the cut-off and they still allowed same day shipping for that. Plus they added a little bonus of 2.5g to my order. I will update when it actually arrives and give a review of the product itself when my research is complete.

I can really say this site is legit! Now they're offering sodium as well as their own enchanced blend of hydrochloride- which is what I got- and yes I can confirm that it's exactly what you would expect. Possibly a little bit more potent than sodium is.

Another nice little piece of info I got from the site owner ( who has answered ALL of the numerous questions with lots of informative detail within an hour or two of me asking ) is that they add an entire extra gram to each order to compensate for whatever gets stuck to the sides of the bag it's packaged in. Which was my only complaint here because the bag it comes in is HUGE. It would be a bit better if it came in the smaller standard size baggies most places uses, but that's a very minor issue and yeah if they keep up this level of excellent customer service and quality product they're going to do very very well here. :)

There has been several accounts which I suspect to be astroturfing accounts plugging a new form called “tianeptine non-caustic” from this website. It’s advertised as being 5-7 times more potent than tianeptine sodium. I ordered some to test out, suspecting that it was just another form but marked up. The guy running the joint got pretty defensive and cut me off when I asked for lab results after jokingly saying “that I want to make sure that it wasn’t laced with some other opioid”. I tested the product, using only the finest high quality lab equipment available to the masses. It was bunk. Evidently the vendor had just created the website recently and there had been another one prior to that that had been shut down I’d found after lurking. I’m fairly certain it’s sulphate combined with drywall or some other inert substance. Just stick with the forms already available. 1/10 vendor and steer clear of the people plugging it in forums.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with this company and their Tianeptine Non Caustic product. The quality is exceptional, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only is the product top-notch, but the customer service has been equally impressive—fast, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring my satisfaction.

It’s rare to find a company that balances both product quality and customer care so well. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable products and excellent service.

GET AWAY FROM THE OVER PRICED SMOKE SHOP CRAP AND GO WITH THESE GUYS. YOU WILLL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
