Knowledgeable and caring
Puretree are so knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge, and incredibly swift to respond. My husband says the cork tiles we bought from them are a dream to fit because they are so standard in size. Who even knew that was something you have to look out for?

You were unhappy with the cork and despite the product being cut to size we offered a full refund which you received within 24 hours of the product being returned to us.

Simply the best quality cork bath mats available. Having tried to replace an ageing cork bath mat, I was becoming frustrated with the quality of those being offered in local stores and through a certain ubiquitous e-commerce site. I was so pleased, therefore, to eventually find these mats from Puretree Cork. Not only are they superb quality, they are also exceptionally good value. The ordering process was straightforward and both mats were well packaged and quickly delivered. Highly recommended.
