The reason im giving 2 stars and not one is because the products arrived quick. However ive sent 2 emails in nearly 3 weeks asking for CoA lab reports for products I ordered. No replies but constant emails asking to leave a review. I waited a week from the 2nd email before I gave a bad review. Ive bought from puretrex before this but never thought to ask for a lab report. If you promote it you should follow up on it. Won't be buying from them again.
Update: ive sent a 3rd email to puretrex, after their reply to my review, and still no email reply or data confirming lab report. I have now took it down to a 1 star rating because this has still not been resolved. Email is under curtis, wouldn't be hard to find. I've recommended Puretrex to many people before but never again. Alot of other companies consistently publish their results, Puretrex doesn't.

5* for puretrex fulfilling my order of wild oregano. My order was received within a few days and was well packaged. I was impressed that this company sold a vegan option of the most effective high dose tablets. Within a day of taking these tablets my digestive system improved dramatically for the better. I did not find any evidence of a parasite infestation but as I am now so much better I will continue with these tablets. Very impressed with this company and their product and I would highly recommend them.

I bought some Pumpkin oil with saw…
I bought some Pumpkin oil with saw palmetto, zinc etc from Puretrex after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. The tablets are so extremely tiny that they can't contain the amount of pumpkin oil plus other ingredients that they claim. I wouldn't buy from them again and it's another lesson learned. The two stars are because I did receive the tablets but the tiny, tiny capsules. I've never seen anything like it previously.

Hi Caroline, thanks for your feedback. We completely understand the concern — if you're expecting a large softgel based on the 3000mg dosage, the size can seem surprising at first.
The reason the softgels are small is that we use a 20:1 concentrated Pumpkin Seed Extract rather than standard pumpkin seed oil. This means 150mg of our extract delivers the equivalent potency of 3000mg of regular pumpkin seed oil — same active compounds, just in a much more concentrated form. This is clearly shown on the label and product page.
It's actually a benefit — you get the full potency without having to swallow oversized capsules. On top of that, each serving also includes Saw Palmetto, Beta-Sitosterol, Zinc, Lycopene and BioPerine, all packed into just 3 small vegan softgels.

Dear Puretrex Team, I want to thank you for offering several vegan products. I really appreciate that you provide some plant-based options, as this is important to me.
I was disappointed to discover that not all of your products are vegan and cruelty-free. For example, some contain fish or krill oil. In my opinion, there is really no need to use animal ingredients in supplements nowadays, especially when effective plant-based alternatives exist.I hope you will consider making your entire range vegan and cruelty-free in the future. I would love to support your brand more if all products aligned with vegan values.
There is really no excuse to support animal cruelty when the nature provides us with everything we need without harm to others…

We completely understand how important vegan and cruelty-free values are, and we share that commitment wherever possible. The majority of our range is fully vegan, and it's something we actively prioritise when developing new products.
For certain formulations such as our Omega-3 and Krill Oil products, we do use animal-derived ingredients because the evidence for their bioavailability and efficacy is currently stronger than the plant-based alternatives available. Where we do source these ingredients, we only work with carefully selected suppliers who are expected to follow responsible sourcing standards, with traceability and quality controls in place. Quality, purity and responsible supply are all part of our decision-making process.
That said, plant-based science is evolving all the time, and this is something we're always reviewing. Your feedback is genuinely helpful and has been noted — we want to make sure we're always improving and being transparent with our customers.

Puretrex - Oil of Oregano with Blackseed Capsules (6000mg)
I have been taking 2 x Oil of Oregano capsules with blackseed oil (6000mg) daily, for 2 weeks, with absolutely no effect on the symptoms they are supposed to reduce. The capsules appear to be imported from the US too, when Puretrex claim that they are manufactured and tested in the U.K.
Not been a good experience so far.

Two weeks can be early to see the full benefits of a supplement — many of our customers report noticing a difference after 4–6 weeks of consistent use. We'd encourage you to continue with the recommended serving and see how you get on.
Regarding the US connection, our products are manufactured and independently third-party tested in the UK. We expanded into the US market after establishing the UK brand, which is why our products are available there — but they are not imported from the US.
