If it doesn’t feel right for you, please stop taking it. If you choose to try it again, taking 1 softgel with a main meal and a full glass of water is usually the gentlest approach. If symptoms continue or feel severe, please seek medical advice.

Reduces hair shedding
Started using the pumpkin oil and saw palmetto capsules due to menopausal hair shedding. As it’s only a short time, and my hair grows so slowly, I don’t know about helping with regrowth. However, with regard to hair shedding I have noticed a significant difference, hasn’t stopped it, but dramatically reduced it. Would recommend to anyone with similar issues.

Fantastic product!
I’ve been using the cold pressed virgin pumpkin seed oil with saw palmetto for a couple of months now for hair loss and I’m definitely starting to have some regrowth and less breakage. I had bought my first pack as a one off but have now subscribed to monthly deliveries. Love it.
