Perfect bamboo cotton leggings, has enough compression so you look slim, does not fall down, complements your figure. Boyshorts undies are also perfect. Would buy more, not sure why everyone else isn't in love with this!

A BIG NO SHOW! I made a rookie error and didn't check the reviews first. I ordered underwear on 17 July 2025 and still waiting with no response when asking where my order is. It's now mid November and I've given up on ever seeing my purchase. Definitely a scam.

The pants had a strange fit. They say on their website they do 30 day return and they told me they can’t do that. Total scam! Don’t buy from this company

Wrong size, wrong colour, poor quality fabric. Active wear that looks like pajamas. AI responses when you ask for a refund where they skirt around the issue. Shipped from China when their company address is in the USA.

Sadly did not look at any reviews before placing an order for a pair of leggings as a gift for my daughter who was temporarily in Australia, and who normally does thorough research on companies to ensure they are eco friendly, but believed what was on social media which is clearly fake! Ordered on 1st July, received an email on the 12th July about a temporary delay with some rubbish about this being due to changes in import rules and levy’s. If I had known they were made in China I would never have purchased! No further communication received, constant chasing to request that order is cancelled and refunded in full as they would now arrive too late after my daughter leaves the country! This should not be an issue as they have not even been dispatched, but still no response, no cancellation and no refund! Judging by other reviews they would have been poor quality and not as described anyway! This is clearly a scam company as I keep getting marketing emails about them nearly closing but are still going due to popular demand from their happy customers! Wish I had looked up reviews, won’t make that mistake again! Just hope this review helps others to avoid at all costs!

Awful awful awful CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can't reach anyone all you can do is email and they don't get back to you. I ordered two pairs of leggings received one no indication when the other one might be received plus I earned a bunch of free gifts. Didn't get those either. Sent an email. Don't expect to be hearing back if I don't hear back within 24 hours, I'm gonna cancel the whole goddamn thing with my credit card. I'm so pissed off. This is happening way too often with way too many companies

these people are absolutely unbelievable. The first set of leggings they sent me were terrible, quality sucks, they took their sweet time to send. Unfortunately they didn't fit so I asked for a refund but they don't do that, only exchanges. It's been 2 months since then, haven't received the new pairs, they don't reply, it's just absolutely appalling... Avoid this company at all costs, I really hope they'll close down soon

Too bad there's no option for zero stars. I ordered leggings and underwear. Leggings fit very strangely. Customer service repeatedly responded with a copy-and-paste message that I could exchange for another size. As though the size, not the design, were the issue. Underwear never arrived at all.

I previously posted a negative and accurate review and would like to inform further that this Company have blocked me from posting any negative comments on their Facebook posts. Well, if they had refunded my hard earned money for their unwearable product, then there would be no issue. I wasted 4 months and money to invest in a product that I cannot wear. The sizes are awful and TERRIBLE for the gym. I am a size ten.....hardly complicated. I am allowed to post an accurate experience - or should be, but now they have blocked me. And they have multiple ads that come up in my feed! Oh, so only paid actors who leave positive reviews are allowed then?

Oh my God, the worst customer service ever. I would never buy from this company again, knowing that it’s taken weeks for me to even try and get a return label to send back to them. They take forever to respond and when they do it’s offering a free exchange or something along those lines instead of getting me a label. It took me months to even receive my first order. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I would’ve read this website first before even trying out their clothing. They don’t allow you to write reviews on their website.

Does not look like the product photo! Looks cheap, has a front seam, and smells strange (a bit chemical). It also took a very long time to arrive. Made in China.

Scammed just like others. Got the first pair and was not happy, asked for a refund, got a response after weeks but no refund. Was told would be sent a newer model after 3 months almost, which got lost in tranait by Ulala courier company( no phone no, email etc, no way to contact them). NO refund or leggings. Horrible experience. Took 6+ months to get to this stage!!

Totally shit see-through weirdly fitting products. Customer service is a joke. They take about 2 weeks to reply to an email. 4 months later and still no resolution. DO NOT USE

Scam. Ordered an extra small and it is way too big. They don’t have anything that is smaller and they don’t take returns.

Was scammed by this company. I recommend filing a complaint against this company with the US Federal Trade Commission. This company's location in Sheridan, WY is fake as well.

Garbage product, so thin, baggy legs when they are supposed to be skinny leggings. I still have not received the rest of my order and it has been nearly 2 months. There is no customer service phone number. I've asked for a refund multiple times on email, (the only way I know of to communicate with them). They do not allow refunds! This is on online company. Part of the trust of buying online is that you can always return for any reason. I am reporting them to the Better Businesss Bureau and anywhere else I hear of. Has anyone gotten them to refund your money? I get the same message each time even though I've asked to escalate to the owner or highest management. They don't get back to you for a very long time even in email. I've never had an experience like this. OUTRAGEOUS!

Garbage products. I ordered months ago and they finally show up last week. They are too big and loose and the fabric is super thin and doesn’t stretch or feel like an athletic material. The tags say made in china. I dont trust that they are really bamboo fabric. No way to return them or get a refund. Wish i had checked the reviews before ordering. Why do these fraudulent companies keep getting their ads on Facebook and Instagram!?!?

I’ve had a terrible experience with pure woven similar to many. I received 3 sets with all three leggings looking nothing like what is advertised. I have attempted to return and get a refund but the company has refused. Now I am trying to dispute it with chase but they are saying I need a letter from a third party manufacturer that states pure woven is fraudulent, but I have no clue how to find that third party that pure woven is copying/ stealing pictures of product from. If anybody has any advice or know what company I can contact I would really appreciate it I need my money back
