Our daughter (11) started to train with Kadeem to learn a few basic football techniques and she absolutely loves it. Kadeem
is wonderful with children and our daughter is very motivated to continue after the summer break .

I’ve had a number of sessions now with Dimitris, who has been a fantastic coach. I couldn’t be happier with the way that training is going and the service from Purify has been really excellent. Keanu spent the time to understand my needs and set me up with the right trainer for me.

I’ve had a really good experience with Purify. They have a unique business model which really works for me - offers a lot of convenience and flexibility. I really like that they consult and match you with a trainer. The trainer I’ve had, Bernard has been excellent and I’ve seen progress. I am learning a lot and I like the approach: style of training.

Good personal trainer(s) that I had, but they moved on quite quickly to start their own business/ clients so a lot of change. First time it happened it was handle on well, second time I haven’t heard from them… a shame that you have to follow up and chase on this

Norbert is an amazing trainer, very friendly, creative and he brings in a variety of workouts which makes it fun and exciting. A thorough professional who listens and pays attention- I look forward to our "gruelling" sessions each time with excitement on what he brings on next!

Kadeem is my trainer, he is fantastic. I'm a challenge I'm sure. Elderly with health issues. Nothing has been a problem. Such a patient kind and respectful young man. Great knowledge every session is different. Can't recommend enuf. Karen

Really happy with the thorough initial call and my personal trainer. Not only are the sessions hard work, but i've learnt a lot and been motivated to workout on my own more than ever before. It's also very convenient because Marco comes to my house (or wherever I want to meet e.g. a park) which works with a busy schedule. I've been seeing Marco for 2 months now and would highly recommend!

Very efficient process from first contact to my sessions with Belinda. Keanu takes the time to work out what you want out of the experience and match you with the most suitable trainer. As for the PT sessions themselves it’s been great I find Belinda really helpful and supportive and she keeps in good contact throughout the week. Would highly recommend.

I joined Purify in March 2021 post lockdown and enjoyed it so much I am still a client, which is a stretch for me as I hate exercising and going to the gym. Keanu listened to what I was looking to do which was to build strength and tone and that is exactly what I got. Within six months I was pushing 30k weights and I was feeling and looking great. My sessions were also adjusted during the period depending on how I felt or where we thought the focus was needed and we also drifted into nutrition. Would highly recommend.

I have been extremely pleased with my Purify4life experience. I hadn't had a PT before and was slightly nervous as I didn't know what to expect or what I was capable of. The Purify process was great- Keanu called me first for an in-depth chat about my goals and what I wanted to get out of the process. Keanu was friendly and knowledgeable and put me totally at ease. My PT was Jonathan and I couldn't have wished for anyone better. Jonathan was calm, kind and patient as well as extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. I have learnt a huge amount from him in only 4 sessions. I would (and already have) high recommend using Purify4life.

I contacted purify4life six weeks ago for a personal trainer to train in my local park. I picked the times/days. I have a full time job and two kids. Six weeks on and I lost a stone, I feel energetic, my mood has changed. The personal trainer is a very professional true gentleman who can make the sessions good fun and engaging. You know when you read about all the good things about exercise? Well I have actually experienced this now and it is fantastic!

Isaac my trainer was non judgemental, encouraging and supportive. Helped me kick start a healthier lifestyle and gave me a variety of exercises so never feels boring. Gave dietary recommendations too.

I had a 12 session block with my trainer Isaac and I was very pleased with the outcome and it made me feel a lot healthier and stronger. Isaac was very patient and was able to understand my needs and put a plan in place that reflected my needs and I achieved my goals. I highly recommend Purify4Life and my trainer Isaac in particular.
