I am only awarding 1 star because I have to.....
Order was placed 25 November 2024, I received the confirmation promptly and then nothing. I have mailed 3 times since 10th January, but despite assurances of delivery nothing has arrived. Finally raised a dispute with PayPal today and the matter has been resolved.
The products are lovely, but the shockingly bad customer service is losing them business. I will not be returning.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. DO NOT RELY ON THEIR PRICE ENTICEMENT. THIS COMPANY AND GREENS ESSENTIALS LIMITED ARE ONE OF THE SAME DECEPTIVE, DECEITFUL AND BIG ROGUES.
I HAD TO REPORT ALL THIS TO MY BANK AND ALSO CANCELLED MY DEBIT CARD AND ORDERED A NEW CARD.
THESE FRAUDSTERS ARE OPERATING FROM INDIA. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
MY BANK HAS AGREED TO REFUND MY MONEY AS I AM A BARCLAYS PREMIER CUSTOMER. DON'T BE COMPLAICENT AND WHAT EVER PRICE THEY ENTICE YOU WITH IS A TRICK. I WILL NEVER SHOP ANYTHING FROM ANY ONLINE BUSINESS EXCEPT LIKES OF AMAZON . YOUR MONEY WITH BIG REPUTABLE COMPANIES IS GUARANTEED.

Really wanted to try their products.Placed and order,never received a confirmation email about shipping.After got in touch with them,they promised to " resend" my order AND refund me.Got my refund,NEVER RECEIVED the product.Would happily order again if sure they actually bother to send my order over and stop looking for excuses as covid,etc.

Love the conditioning cleansing lotion but had a long wait to actually receive it. Only when I sent an email (did not get a response) did it arrive within the next couple of days with what I feel was a token gesture moisturiser thrown in. I think this company is hoping they can take your money and will only send out the products when chased up which is a shame as the product itself is great. Will purchase elsewhere in future as I did before.

I ordered skincare items from the online shop and received a confirmation - all well and good. Almost two weeks passed with no shipping information nor any news of a delay, as well as several failed attempts to contact the company to receive any type of information.

Today I filed a complaint on Paypal and lo and behold - my order was immediately cancelled within a minute of filing. It all seems very shady, as if Purity were just waiting for me to forget that I paid for their products.
