I placed an order on July 25th, with an expected delivery date of July 28th and a final delivery deadline of August 6th. The tracking showed a transit issue, and after contacting customer service, I was told the problem was resolved. However, the very next day the tracking showed that the order was being returned to sender.
Since then, despite multiple attempts to reach them, I have received no further communication. My last request was for a refund, yet it has gone completely unanswered.
This lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. A company that ignores its customers and fails to provide either the product or the refund cannot be trusted.
