I used Purple Bricks Mortgages and had an excellent experience. The support and guidance from Carl and Angela were highly appreciated throughout the entire process. Carl was fantastic; he explained the entire process in a detailed way, advised on various aspects of the deal, and quickly put together the offer and presented it in a clear and concise way. Angela was also great, preparing all the final documents efficiently. The mortgage offer they secured for me was significantly better than the one provided directly by Halifax, which was the eventual lender. I'm very grateful for their help.

I was appointed Hayley as my mortgage adviser and from beginning to end she has been fabulous to work with. She's searched the best deals for me, communicated thoroughly throughout and has helped with any questions I may have had. She is someone who is not only good at her job but she shows enthusiasm and has great customer service, something I am very big on.

Ajay is just INCREDIBLE. He sorted out our first mortgage on our first home, which was brilliant. 2 years later as we came to remortgage, he called us up and reminded us with plenty of time that we needed to remortgage and that he had some brilliant deals for us. We couldn’t be more grateful for his time, effort and the dedication his puts into his job! You just know he loves helping people and is incredibly approachable (even between the mortgage and re-mortgage!). Despite a wrong-doing from our side, Ajay was quick to deal with it on our behalf and supported us throughout. We will certainly be back seeking his advice in 5 years time after our next contract comes to an end. What a guy! 10/10, would recommend over and over again! Thank you 1,000 times over. Could not fault him!
