Don't buy from this company!!! RIP off!!! All sales are final whether or not you EVER GET YOUR ITEMS!!! First time ever buying from them and they have my money and I get excuses!!! THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY AND NO REFUNDS NO PRODUCT!!! AVOID RUN!!! SAY NO TO PURPLE BUBBLINGS LIES AND THEFT!!

They don not provide return, they will tell you that all of orders are final no return, if you want to return an item. No any alert when/before placing an order.
during this COVID-19, shipping takes extra longer , but they provide alert when placing an order.

I ordered and paid goods in early of March 2020.

I never received any replies from them, but only promotion to ask you to order.

Dont buy from them, you will get nothing but lost your money only.

As told by banker, to buy goods from well known and goodwill company is safer.

If I could give this a no-star I would this is just a scam!! They send your items but don't put your address so it stays perpetually in the United States Postal Service limbo meanwhile they steal our money... I've been in touch with them through email 9 different times and all they sent me was my tracking code of my parcel that was in limbo..... When I told them I want a refund they said they don't refund sale items. My item wasn't on sale I used a 99 cent coupon code a lot of good that did me!!!!! Do not buy anything from these thieves!!!!!

They are no longer in biz.. Even the website was gone. I'm sure they just changed the name and started over as they do... sad... ;-(

Never order from this scandalous company. Ordered and paid but got no item. Tried contacting rings and hangs up.

I don't know what's going on I'm email and email this Company and have not got no respond back yet. I was calling to tell them Don't show up my item just refunded my money but can't get in Touch with no one. I don't know this company at all to much going on but I need my money 🖕🖕🖕🖕

Greetings people! I ordered masacara on the 3rd of Jan 2020 and nwver received my order. I have told all of my friends and family to Never Ever order anything from this company. And tell their friends and families the same. I'm using my husbands phone because they blocked me because i inquired about my order that never came. My goal us to let everyone in this earth about this company with an F rating and shut them down. Please read reviews and never order from this company and further convince and family to never ever lose your money. They had no intentions to send what i ordered for $31.44.

I ordered some hair clips I wait for 2 month, because of the virus they say I have to wait. The goods still have not arrived, so I cancelled the order but they told me that I can not. The co. does not know any consumer's legal protection regulation. Terrible company, I would NOT recommend to deal with.

These people advertise on YouTube, avoid this company. Your credit card will be charged with a different company name. They should not be allowed to advertise and do not notify you that they have a listed address in Hong Kong. I purchased an item they charged an incredible amount of shipping at the end and then after an unauthorized international fee.

I tried to cancel immediately after and they said no all orders are final.I do not expect to receive the item.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS APPALLING COMPANY.

1. Items are coming from China, a fact that you will not be told.

2. If you do not receive your item within 30 days of purchase, they are refusing refunds.

3. Goods from China are taking far longer than 30 days to arrive and some are not being dispatched for weeks. Purple Bubblings KNOWS THIS but will still take your money.

4. I paid through PayPal and this company is therefore renegaging on their agreement with PayPal. Refunds can be obtained through PayPal for up to six months.

They are CON ARTISTS. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Ordered the Rinse-Free Cleaner for $15 plus $5 shipping. Shame on me for not verifying the amount of fluid ounces - and for believing the product size in the ads was the size I would receive. I got a 5 ounce bottle that was about 3/4 full.

They have a website that’s as good as it can be for scamming people. I ordered the same product twice. How they Pull this off is by placing a Promotional hyperlink for 30% off after your purchase, immediately it takes that as consent that you are making a second purchase. I used paypal and am calling them in the AM to cancel that whole order.

It's not working at all!!!!
No bubbles and it looks it's like water and stain stays there.
I used on my car seat and used it all (it's too small amount) to clean my front seat stains, but it's not working at all.
DO NOT BUY THIS Cleaner.
It looks it's from China (took 3 weeks to deliver).

I ordered the washing machine cleaner tablets. I think they were rubbish I put two in a bowl with boiling water and tried to clean the detergent drawer as a test and they didn't even dissolve dried on fabric softener so obviously were not gonna do anything to the machine. So my advice is dont bother with this company they are obviously scammers.

Steer clear from them you will get nothing but empty promises!

It is rely bad, I did order an item by mistake and try to cancel it but nothing help. Their refund policy talk about 30 days while I did cancel it 2 minutes after my order, they answer "it is final sell and no longer able to refund" how come?

I dont understand why when every review for this product gives one star yet the TP review gives 2 stars...not a ringing endorsement i know but still not a reflection on the reviews either.

Buyer beware. The mascara I ordered took months to get here and it was dried up with an awful smell. I contacted them and sent pictures. They said my item doesn’t qualify for refund or return or exchange.
They even claim 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website.
This company has horrible customer service and the product I ordered was defective.
My only recourse now is to request a refund from MasterCard.
I’m not sure why they treat customers this way. I certainly will never purchase anything from them again, nor recommend that anyone else buy from them either.
Very frustrated and disappointed.

Ripped OFF! Ordered welding rods. Got a bag with nothing in it! Requested a refund or the merchandise and have been screwed around for months now! NEVER, NEVER order anything from these guys again!
