Great customer service. Ordered and did wait a week and wondered oh where is my order, messaged the lady received a reply straight away and was explained that it was ready to be sent. Arrived the next day I think or the day after but very speedy delivery after messaging. Lady friendly. Did think the reindeer balloons would of been already blown, however no complaints stuck a straw in and blew myself. The balloons were fantastic came with my children's names as asked. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Absolutely fabulous service, flexibility and quality display provided for my sons birthday. Nothing was too much effort and he is absolutely delighted with it.
I loved the selection of party arrangements and designs to choose from too and the owner had incredible patience with my indecision!

Ordered my daughter a Disney Princess balloon & a Freddo chocolate gift hamper for her birthday..Was very helpful in getting me the Ariel Little Mermaid balloon I wanted & what I wanted for the Freddo gift hamper.. My order was waiting for me when I called in to collect it Friday morning.. Very pleased with my purchase & my daughter loved her balloon & Freddo gift hamper.. Purple Frog are very friendly, obliging & give very good customer service..

They made us some really lovely birthday balloons for a family member's 70th birthday, they were friendly and efficient. The balloons were well received and gave much joy.

They went above and beyond with excellent service. Transported and blew up the balloons. We had the perfect colour scheme and such friendly service. Would highly recommend. All our guests at the party commented on how good the decorations were. Viva Purple Frog!
