Everything went together very nicely. There were a few minor issues with the instructions where they were not clear on orientation. All in all this was everything I was hoping for.

The customer service is unbelievable good. Zoey was incredibly responsive, and knowledgeable. Couple with what seems to be an excellent product, you have a winning combination. This is what customer service use to be but in today's world is sadly lacking. Kudos to the company and the employees

The product was exactly what I had hoped it would be and was very easy to assemble. Be sure to inventory the parts individually. They bundle wrap some parts which caused me to think i had missing parts, but I was mistaken. However they were very fast to get me what I thought I needed! High integrity is my experience with Purpleleaf.

They shipped me the last available bar stools which were damaged. I paid $352 for them. They said that was the last set. They reimbursed me $80. That did nothing because my stools are still damaged. My present gift was ruined. This was my first time purchase from you. It is also my last. I made sure to warn people about your company. Now I have to find someone to make repairs. Thanks for nothing!

My father in law purchased a bbq gazebo for us and passed away before we were able to put it together. When we started to put it together we discovered there was a box missing. I sent a email to the company and was able to purchase the missing box of parts from them. They communicated every step of the was with me and a few days later it arrived and we were able to put this amazing gift together ❤️ Thank you

Love my big Purple Leaf umbrella which shades part of my pool here in AZ. I only had water in the base and the umbrella was completely up when a powerful dust storm blew the umbrella into the pool breaking one small part (my dog chewed another part). I contacted Purple Leaf's Customer Service and they were so helpful! Within a few weeks I had my new parts and the umbrella is as good as new. I now have sand and water in the umbrella base, a must in an area that can get strong winds.

No stock after confirmation of availability. No feedback nor communication for 5 days. Certainly very frustrating dealing with this company. Most certainly will not be dealing with them going forward and will encourage friends and family to do the same.
