Bought a license multi-vendor to…

Bought a multi-vendor license to Opencart V.4. but after 2 weeks i still can't use it on a live website. For 2 weeks i have opened new support requests almost every day with new problems. First day I bought it and downloaded the module I wasn't able to install it. It took 1 week before they managed to fix that. Now after 2 weeks there is many error and problems that i give up. Asking for refund from them. They promise to refund you if you regret buying the module. But now they don't answer my refund request. Avoid them. Don't buy from them. They scam you.
