Purrfect Service
We have an 8 year old long haired Calico cat called Kasey, who hates being groomed. Consequently, over time her coat became tangled and matted. In the past we have tried, without success, to find a cat groomer who could help us. That is, until we found Kirsty at Purrfect Paws Grooming. She listened to our concerns, and immediately agreed to try to help. Kirsty was very friendly, approachable and caring. She agreed to groom Kasey, with a view to cutting the matting out, and clipping her if possible. After about half an hour, Kasey became stressed and upset, so Kirsty advised us to take her home and return in a couple of days, so that she could continue without upsetting Kasey further. It took 2 visits, but she worked absolute wonders with Kasey. She is much happier, and more comfortable now. We have no hesitation in recommending Purrfect Paws Grooming, and fully intend to take Kasey back in the future.
