i am really like Puffrects products and their service is very good, not like the bad reviews tell that. the boss and the customer is very responsible, and they have very cute cats and they use that pet bows and bags for them, they are fantastic and i will use their products always

I'm cross with myself for not reading the reviews on here before making a purchase. Bag ordered on 16th August 25. Hasn't arrived and to date they have ignored 3 emails and an Instagram message. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered on 29th July. 18th August and still not received my order. I have emailed customer service over a week ago and still not response.

The training bag I purchased never turned up! Absolutely disgraceful and non-existant customer service who literally never answered any of my emails nor responded to their web form. I'm now chasing a refund through my bank. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

i was told that packages are normally delivered in 2-3 days and i advised them if it came later i would have to return it as
i would be on holiday and i needed the harness for the trip. it took 10
days and then they asked me to pay to post it to china (they had a uk
address so i thought returns would be cheap); and then they negotiated for 9
days on how much refund they would give me if i didn’t return the item. they gave me 65% in the end . very poor and irritating customer service, possibly partly operated by AI

Fab products, Absolutely love my walking bag i use it everyday as a dog walker and its great quality!

the dog walking bag is so handy! it fits everything i need in it and more, and is also a super good quality. very durable standing the test of time as well as muddy dogs, claws and everything in between! i love it 😊

Recently got a frenchie puppy so what more do I need than the puppy bag from purrfects! It's got little compartments in to store everything you need... Treats, puppy raincoat, puppy socks, puppy shoes, you name it you can store it in this bag. It's even got a very useful hole where you can thread the poo bags to make it super easy when cleaning up the dreaded dog poop! There's also a second smaller bag which is the treat bag to store all your training treats, super easy to grab when you're training that disobedient puppy! Love this product and I'll be purchasing again and again for all my dog owners.

I LOVE my grab and go bag! It has so many pockets and compartments for everything you need on your dog walk!
