Poor quality and impractical products + red flags

The cat feeder products on Purrre.ca look very nice and modern in photos and sound great in their descriptions. Unfortunately, the actual products are quite different from what is being advertised. They are made of lightweight plastic, the type you'd find at a dollar store. They are not designed for kittens (which is not mentioned in the description) - cats need to be full-grown to eat from them. The 'nonslip' material on the base of the feeders does not work with all flooring types (I have hardwood floors, and they slide around). The top pieces do not fit snuggly with the bottom pieces, which causes them to fall over when a cat sniffs or places their paw on the dish. The feeders could be great if the company fixed these issues; unfortunately, Purrre has not been receptive to customer feedback. They do not accept returns, even when their products arrive defective. They also do not have a phone number or address listed on their website and have not been diligent at responding to emails; additionally, they do not currently show customer reviews.
