Tried to exchange BTC to Wechat Pay

Tried to exchange BTC to Wechat Pay RMB. They couldn't proceed the exchange. Though I'm sad about that, they decided to refund. There was no refund for 2 hours, but thankfully, I got my refund later. The last support operator was much more responsible and friendly to me, so I put 4 stars, not 3. Sorry for my English, у меня родной русский. :-)

This is my first time using this…

This is my first time using this service,
Even though I give the wrong account details, I was thinking that my money is gone.
But through the live chat I get amazing assistance I've never imagined. And within few hour my account was credited.
This is they Best and trusted platform. Fully recommend

Great Service – Quick and Reliable

I used Pursa to transfer USDC to a account in Vietnam, and I have to say the customer support was excellent – very responsive and patient. After providing the MoMo wallet, the money arrived in my Vietnamese account almost immediately. Super!

I transferred my litecoin coins using…

I transferred my litecoin coins using pursa.co unfortunately the transaction didn't go through because of insufficient funds,now when I check on blockchain explorer my funds are there on their wallet address but they are not willing to refund, it's a week now and they are so rude and not willing to help at all,and they only respond after an an hour with no help at all,I regret ever using them and people need to be aware of their arrogance and non assisting methods

The customer service was top tier

The customer service was top tier, I needed help and they responded to me quickly and they understood exactly what I needed and came through with the transaction very quickly. They are definitely my go to for all things crypto related.
