The scammers platform, they will ban the accounts of people who make money for no reason. My account still has an order of five thousand dollars. I didn't tell me that it was directly banned, and I would not reply to my message.

After hundreds of orders I can reasonably say that ordering via Purse is about as reliable as ordering via Amazon.

Customer service is there for you when you need it, and has been responsive and helpful in the rare case something needs escalation.

Purse.io are scammers beware i got my account suspended with all my btc and orders placed !!!

Update : its amazing how you answer faster here than your support, they locked my account because i didnt send tracking number on a few trades. This is ridiculous i had all my money on their wallet. NEVER again. They stole me about 4000$.

Used Purse for a couple of years, they are a great way to save money on Amazon products. Never had any issues, support are fantastic. Great way to buy and sell bitcoin if you are new to crypto, as there are many items for around £20, so you don't have to risk too much money if you are learning. 5 out of 5

Purse.io is a pure scam. Please be very careful about the bought reviews. I had a order, they mentioned its processed, now they are saying it increased price, meanwhile to send them money and their network fee I lost $15, now for past 48 hours no response. I wouldn't recommend lost $250.
So Please be ware.
They keep adjusting the order.

Helped me out when there was an issue with the order, package arrived damaged but jose looked into the problem and gave me a refund.

I was excited to discover Purse.io because I had a little Bitcoin and no cash and was needing things from Amazon. I kept the discount at 5% because I wasn't trying to save money, I was just happy to pay regular price with BTC and get my stuff quickly. The site went down for a little while when I was waiting for my order to get placed, and I contacted the team. They were totally helpful and super communicative to my questions even though they were obviously inundated with problems. In no time the site was back up and my order was filled and delivered. So I'll give them 5 stars on the customer service alone. Great experience.

Ordered multiple items and had a good experience. If you are not needing an item immediately its a good way to get a discount on purchases and be able to spend some of your crypto at the same time.

As an earner, I must say I feel fuc*ed. Before making an account in Purse, their software was showing that I would get bitcoin for about 5% above the market price. After making an account, things changed and the 5% turned into 37%. After setting up an account I made an order for someone for $39.90. and was supposed to get bitcoin for about $30. So far so good. After he got the product, I got bitcoin for $30 and when I tried to withdraw it to my purse, it turned out that I have to pay a withdrawal fee of 0.0003 BTC or a little over $15. What's more, they say that they cover the rest of the "high network fees". What a joke. If you want to withdraw BTC from Coinbase, you pay a transaction fee of between $1 and $5. With Purse, you pay $15 and it ain't enough so that they need to cover the rest...
To sum up, I gave $39.90 and got $15 = loss of $24.90 or minus 62.4%. In addition, after withdrawing the bitcoin, I had to wait about half an hour to get it into my purse. I must say that I'd never use their "service" again and hope that no one will.
