My experience with Purse is just great. Thanks to them I can help my father who's in Venezuela. Support is always there to answer any question I may have and transactions are made with no difficulty at all.

Since Amazon banned me for defaulting their rules with no second chance, I had to look for another way for my business to fend. I was getting tired of paying people extra 20% to place an order for me on Amazon, when I found out about purse.io, I thought it was a big scam at first back in 2018, till I recorded my first delivery to warehouse.
Ever since it has been a wonderful asset, and I just belive it came out strong this period.

Purse is a great platform that has changed the way I use Amazon. I cancelled my prime membership and am now doing most of my Amazon shopping using purse.

It's hard to describe how much satisfaction I get from using Purse.io.

I'm a bit of a pariah, I cannot stand my online activities being logged and tracked. I'm a person, not a piece of property to be tagged and studied.

With Purse.io, not only can I extrapolate the transfer of money away from prying eyes, I can also hide from Amazon to a certain extent.

It makes the simple act of buying something feel like an act of defiance and independence.

Oh, and I save some coin with name your discount. That's also a plus. :)

I just used their service to try and buy an engagement ring and I got scammed out of all my bitcoin, I wish I would have read the reviews first filing a police report with my buyer 1st thing Monday morning

Just tried Purse to buy on Amazon with bitcoin. Great idea, poor system, hours of waiting for support and non-skilled staff who answer about orange when you ask about apples, although this last thing is pretty much everywhere now.. Worst of all, no option to close an account, not even an entry about it in the help. You have to contact support! I can't imagine they handle well the data privacy..
Then when you (the customer) ask why there is no option nor result in the help about closing an account, they block you (the customer). It's a big no!

I had an issue with amazon closing my account, you can read my amazon review, and I reached out to purse and got zero support from them.

No live chat, so I left the message, and even though Eduardo is shown as active, my message has been sitting there for 8 hours and it's status is "Not seen yet" . The thing has been poping up constantly, almost annoying, prompting you to do your first trade. When you do, and there's an issue and you go back to that same place it goes mum.

Between amazon, paxful, and purse.. What a sad bunch of empty, soulless, greedy losers.

I've completed 220 purchases with Purse.io now, including one item for over £1000, and saved an estimated £2622. I've had very few problems, and when there are problems the support team are usually very quick to resolve them. Highly recommended.

I'm not entirely sure why so many people have had bad experiences with Purse on here. I've been using Purse for 6 months now and have had little to no turbulence from the earners side of things. Whenever there's a problem, I just reach out to support and their customer service team is so passionate that they'll take extra time out to completely answer your question/complaint/recommendation AND THEN SOME. Of all the staff on Purse.io, I honor Jose as the most sincere and active staff on there; he's just great. Besides the amazing staff, the service rarely has any hiccups. Sometimes I have to go in and manually request service on orders that don't get closed and have already been delivered to the customer, but the staff will clear that up very quickly without any BS. Overall I've had a great experience with Purse and I hope I'll continue to have a good time with them. As of now, I'm using Purse every single day and I'm coming up on 200 transactions. I hope that any of you that are reading this that have had a good experience with Purse will take 5 minutes to leave a nice review for Purse as well, they really deserve it with all the hard work they put into their service and it's a shame that they only have 3.5 stars average rating on Trustpilot. They definitely deserve a 5.

Purse is a great place to make use of your cryptocurrency while also saving money on Amazon. It's an easy procedure and the support staff is quick to handle any issues you may have.

Buyer experience.
I did order 1 item on purse.io. Long story short:
1. Ordered for the first time - package was lost by Amazon after shipping. I did report it to purse.io and got my BTC back within couple of hours.
2. Ordered for the second time - again, package was lost by Amazon after shipping. I did report it to purse.io and got my BTC back within couple of hours.
3. Ordered for the first time - package was delivered within expected time.

All in all I am happy that purse.io enables spending BTC on Amazon and that support is quite quick to react. It is mostly why I give it 4*.
