Their services is wack.

Their services is wack.. to send money out from the app is a tug of war.. error messages always.. only one customer care "Azeemah" replies after 24 or 48hrs..still the issue will take days to resolve.

The only good thing is their rate at times.

The Purse Money user interface is…

The Purse Money user interface is extremely intuitive, making it easy to navigate. One standout feature is the USD virtual card which has been incredibly useful. The app runs smoothly with no issues. Customer support is responsive and helpful. Overall, Purse Money mobile application is highly recommendable for its efficiency and functionality.

unskilful an app and support team

I opened account and complete all KYC process.
When I try yo open GBP or EUR account I repeatedly get error about process of open account.
Support teams don't support definitely. They said resolve problem in a few days. But problem didnt resolved. Therefore I deleted own account. they have unskilful an app and support team.
