Scam

What started off as a dream job turned out to be too good to be true. You're given very bad quality leads with incorrect data and if you bring it up to management you will get shun. Bonuses don't exist even if you meet the target and have it confirmed it's always "it's coming" Fridays off don't exist unfortunately. The team managers are more concerned with getting their daily starbucks and gym time. Micromanaging at it's finest. Deeply regret believing a single word.

I was delighted with the friendliness…

I was delighted with the friendliness of the consultant here at pursuit provider especially ma'am @Shabana who treated me with love, support and sincerity to get a job. I'm glad to be apart of her life and the company as well. The atmosphere of the company is great and consultant here are the best. My suggestions to everyone is that do visit them if you are a BPO job seekers🙂👍

Couldn't deliver a package.

Below is a list of challenges I experienced with Pursuit Marketing:

• Had to correct them three times to get a correct proposal (should of taken this red flag onboard)
• Account manager was more interested in telling me about how drunk he got every weekend rather than the service that I paid for.
• Their 'best in industry reps' mumble their way through pitches and can't close.
• Argumentative when provided feedback that they've asked for.
• I was asked to help give them clarity on how to qualify opportunities - clearly they get no training or support from the leadership.
• The leads were regularly with the wrong or weak contacts meaning very little converted.
• Out of the 10 meetings agreed they would generate, two meetings were sat with prospects.
• Although it was made clear in the initial conversations & onboarding that criteria’s were flexible, this wasn’t the case – if anything it was used to hide behind for poor performance.

I could not recommend using this company less – they are liars, poor at their jobs & argumentative.

Avoid like the plague if looking for marketing support.

We deeply regret the challenges you encountered, particularly with the proposal accuracy. Before any campaign is finalised we agree all criteria, which is included in your signed contract for the avoidance of confusion.

The team delivered opportunities based on your campaign criteria which was confirmed and included on your signed agreement. We received feedback from you July 12th, 2023 explaining that the criteria had to be updated.

Our Customer Experience Director updated the criteria and as a gesture of goodwill extended the time on your campaign to help uncover opportunities that align better with your needs. This extension and new criteria was accepted by you via email on July 27th, 2023.

Since then, we have sent an additional three opportunities, all of which currently have accepted meeting invitations.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and your feedback has provided us with valuable insights for improvement. We truly regret that your experience with us led to a negative impression, and we are committed to rectifying these challenges and rebuilding your trust.

🚩Narcissistic company

Working there i didn’t have the impression that the company cares about their employees.

Employees are in charge to make clients happy in order to generate results for the company.
To do so they have to be comfortable in their own working environment and their tasks. Nowadays there is an internal culture implemented and team building for more effectiveness is highly promoted.

You won’t find it there

Keep the following in mind when joining:

🚩ABUSE: They tell you, you got paid €400 commission on top of the base within the first 3 months but they dont actually do it. (Even if u have it confirmed before.)
🚩NO FRIDAYS OFF: Mostly you will work on that day. Legally they are not allowed to advertise it. 👀
🚩KICK OUT: You might work for one month and got fired without any previous announcement.
🚩NO SUPPORT: Either you won’t get any attention at all or you are waiting for ages for some help but it doesn’t bring you forward.
🚩NO emotional intelligence: Communication doesn’t exist. Instead of supporting the collaboration internally, colleagues compete against each other.
Survival of the fittest.

I recommend you to avoid this company.

Delighted with new SDR model

Having worked with Pursuit for 3 years I have been pleased with sales delivery.

We paid per appointment and was skeptical around the new SDR model however we have increased our sales conversion and expanding headcount further.

We use pursuit digital services which has given us the best digital results in years.

A great relationship with Account…

A great relationship with Account manager Ryan M, feel like we are listened to and are needs met. Still working out all the bumps but certainly feel we are being looked after and the company always considers our best interest.

This company is nothing short of…

This company is nothing short of fraudulent. What we were promised, from the original sales pitch, couldn’t have been further from the reality. We quickly realised that we were the target and their only focus was to pressure us to continue with a commitment to spend, despite the promised leads rarely meeting the minimum criteria.

We didn’t just waste a load of money but we wasted vast amounts of time with meetings that didn’t show and listening to recordings that were supposedly qualified but were obviously examples of poor prospects being backed into a corner and finally agreeing to a meeting to get them off the phone.

We wish we’d never met this company - I can’t imagine how they can continue to trade when their basic proposition is a lie.

As part of the pitch, they told us that our competitor was using their services and benefiting from a high volume of high quality leads… later, we learned from the competitor that this was a complete lie and indeed their experience of pursuit was as bad as our own.

Amazing company!

I have worked for this company for 2 years. Its an amazing place to work. I am proud to be a part of this team.
There are so many pros from the office atmosphere to the 4 day week. We are treated with respect by the directors and they know us by name and not numbers.
The support i have personally recieved has been second to none both workwise and personal problems.
I cant thank Pursuit enough for everything they do for us all.
Keep doing what your doing guus its amazing!

Do not touch this company.

Do not touch this company. They are unprofessional. Management are rude. They are complete liars. Don’t believe a word they say. The atmosphere in the office is toxic.
