I contacted Pury Erskine after it became apparent my son was going to be prosecuted by Govia Thameslink Railway for fare evasion. This was for purchasing a £7 ticket for £4 using a 16-25 railcard which he'd unwittingly allowed to expire.
Naturally our entire family was shocked at what we perceived to be a massive and vindictive over reaction by GTR, and my son especially became extremely anxious at the potential impact a prosecution would have on his life chances.

Excellent legal services from the get-go. Although communication with my primary contact dropped to virtually non existent once my case was no longer requiring of a solicitor (I assume due to higher priority cases? A lot of my calls and texts weren’t returned so I still don’t know).

I did however have the pleasure of an extremely helpful paralegal, with great communication, who found a swift resolution to residual problems I had +12 months later.

This would have been a 3* review had it not have been for the paralegal assistance.

This firm is simply exceptional. I was looking for a defence lawyer for a personal matter and from the minute I spoke to Ian Graham, I was convinced that he was capable of defending my case.
