Il prodotto è arrivato con imballo danneggiato.
Il problema è stato segnalato immediatamente, fornendo documentazione fotografica a supporto.

Nonostante la tempestiva comunicazione, il rimborso è stato rifiutato, senza una soluzione adeguata e senza una reale presa in carico del problema.
La gestione del post-vendita è risultata non conforme alle aspettative di correttezza e tutela del consumatore.

Esperienza complessivamente negativa.

The product was delivered with damaged packaging.
The issue was reported immediately and supported by photographic evidence.

Despite timely notification, the refund was refused, with no adequate resolution offered.
After-sales handling did not meet reasonable consumer protection standards.

Overall, a negative experience.

Ordered almost three weeks ago, still no sign of order. No one replying to emails. Phone number for WhatsApp that they provide on their website isn't a valid phone number. Had an email asking me to review the tops I bought, haven't received them to review them but I'm not happy even if they turn out to be good shirts.

The order arrived late without any tracking or notification, and the T-shirt is ridiculously small. I ordered an XL, which would fit a slim 10-year-old child. It doesn't even fit my head. Anyway, you can order, but make sure you get at least a 56XL... And don't expect a response from the “Company.”

Item took weeks to arrive with no communication as to where the item was or how long it would take. Furthermore the shirt itself is awful quality. Medium shirt fits like an XS and the graphic on the t shirt looks like it was made by a 2 year old with jagged edges and colours bleeding into one another.

Long shipping, bad quality, no customer service
