Delay in shipping due to stock issue

One of the items I ordered said it was in stock for online orders at the time I ordered it. However it took three weeks for it to be sent after waiting for restock from the supplier. When I asked your customer service team they said: You can see this shown on the products page "In Stock at Supplier - Ships in 7-14 Days" so it appears they couldn’t tell that it was showing as in stock on your website at the time I ordered.
