Excellent! We had a problem with our purchase and the Puzzlepost team resolved it really efficiently. Great escape room game in an envelope and excellent customer care! Would definitely recommend.

Love these games, because they are not linear every one in the team can be clue busting at the same time.
Some clues are fairly straightforward others are much more difficult, which works well with a mixed team.
We love them so much we have completed all the adult puzzles from Puzzle post, Waiting for some new ones to be added.

We really enjoyed puzzling our way through; we needed to get one clue which was straightforward and we had a great sense of achievement when we reached the end.

I gifted 4 of your escape rooms in an envelope at Christmas and everyone has said how much fun they were. I’ve now started buying them for friends for birthday gifts.

Absolutely loved this. Did the tennis puzzle with the (teenage) kids. I think TicTok might have sent out a search party for them. We were all totally engrossed for about an hour. Really good fun. We have already planned to do another one next Sunday.

Arrived promptly. This was a really great puzzle which was just the right level to keep us all entertained for over an hour. The best yet from this company.

We did Deceit and were quite disappointed. The puzzles aren’t connected at all which seemed weird. A couple of the puzzles were a huge stretch as well - one of them we used all the clues & got the answer, but the puzzle still didn’t make sense.

After a few puzzles it felt like we were just doing it for the sake of finishing it

Well made resources. The 'puzzles' to solve were each different enough and kept our attention well. Had to use a clue or two, and found these perfectly scaffolded to help, but not make it obvious straight away.

Their only digital game was meant to be instantly playable and my friend and i had limited time to do it together, but after purchase the automated email which was supposed to give us a unique code was empty and no code was given. Checked FAQs and no code was listed for the game, desperately tried to contact them on all media platforms on a saturday evening (unhelpful timing) and eventually got a code from someone, no apology.

Actual game was pretty boring, not exciting at all, nor were we invested in the story. The bot script was condescending but really not in a funny way which is what they were going for.

Their hardcopy games are far better, good quality and I think they should either stick to those or they have a long way to go to up the standard of their digital game. Would not recommend. Personally 1 star for the digital game but 3/4 stars for other games.

Really enjoyed The Deceit! A few clues were a bit wobbly (the map one) and the voice at the end was the same. But it was great fun. Loved the two copies of stuff so everyone could look and see what was happening, some of the clues were really clever (the label and the script). Definitely recommend and will be buying again.

My delivery was mislaid by Royal Mail. Once the team at puzzle post found this out, they were extremely helpful to resolve the situation. Excellent service!

This was brought for a birthday present so don’t actually know how it is until another week. However the delivery was very fast and efficient. I think the chocolate was gladly appreciated which has already been tried. Instructions were not to open puzzle until their actual birthday.

Useless website - clicked the button to ask them to lengthen storage for a message, and it just sends you round and round a chatbot loop that didn't give that at an option, and never let you contact a real person at any stage. Hope anyone buying from these guys never needs any real help!
