Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. We put our customers first and continuously create ways to please them with new products and new concepts.

All the way to Western Australia without a hitch!

To date we have ordered & received a total of 16 puzzlesup puzzles over the last 15 months without any problems whatsoever. They all arrived well wrapped & padded in perfect condition. After every order the company follows thru with information regarding transit tracking & delivery, even the estimated time on delivery day! As aged pensioners we enjoy putting these works of art together before passing them on to our grandies who pounce on them & often complete each puzzle in one session between them at age 12 & 15.

Beautiful and fun to assemble.

I loved putting together the two puzzles I bought. The colors were very vibrant and fun to work with. The images were so beautiful when assembled! PuzzlesUp had great customer service and follow-through on a special request. Thank you PuzzlesUp!!

The puzzles are completely unusable

The puzzles are completely unusable. The pieces are so tiny they can't be properly seen or manipulated by all that have tried. I guess it could be ok for kids with very good fine motor skills, dexterity, puzzle acumen and eyesight. Not sure if all the pieces are there as no hope of ever completing. Total waste of time, money, and the planet's resources. I feel diminished as a human for having partaken in this farce. Oh and I ordered a whole puzzle which didn't arrive and it was expensive. Without clear purchase confirmation didn't recall until too late. Be ashamed, puzzlesUp!

Best puzzles ever

The puzzles are just SO beautiful and colourful.
Shipping worked well.
Completing the puzzles, with their uniquely shaped pieces, feels like a real achievement.
I have framed my completed puzzles and they are a wonderful and much admired addition to my home.

I’m very impressed with this company…

I’m very impressed with this company and the quality of their puzzles and Customer Service. They do seem to ship from Canada, so the puzzles take some time to arrive but very much worth the wait. Highly recommend.

Suspicious closing down sales

They have "closing down" sales for several months. Looks suspicious. Would never buy anything from puzzlesup.

There was a promotion for a free…

There was a promotion for a free mounting kit if $80 was spent. When I went to check out, there was no logical area to take advantage of this promotion. When I contacted the company you offered me a 20% discount I don’t want a 20% discount I want a free mounting kit which I was promised if I spent $80. I’ve spent numerous dollars on puzzles from you and crafts up both for me and For gifts and I will not be buying any more from your company thank you.

Never received No contact

Ordered puzzles for Christmas in November never received them. Tried to contact the company and never received a response. Obviously I was scammed assume the company is a fake.

Be careful when ordering

I am editing my review and unfortunately it is not positive. I received a response from my review stating there system shows my order was delivered. I never received my order and the company is now requesting another delivery fee to resend my order to me. This is very poor customer service, not to mention how long it has taken me to get responses. If the company does the right thing I will revise my review but for now I would not recommend this company. My original review is listed below.
First, I ordered two puzzles in Nov and they came.I then placed a large order Dec 3rd and have not received my order. They don’t provide a phone number to call so I have been emailing support, the email they give you and I am getting nowhere. When I first started emailing them they were not responding and when they did it was we are checking on your package. Last week I received an email stating your package has arrived and please confirm. I never received the package so I responded back. No follow up at all. I did contact my bank and credit card company. I will not order anything from them again. I am very disappointed with the service and follow up.

No confirmation but credit card processed

I placed an order on January 15th 2026. Credit card was processed on 16th. I have received no communication from puzzlesup.com.

I have sent emails today to two different support addresses asking about the order.

From the website they appear to be closing up shop.

My next step will be to dispute the charge with my ctedit card company.

EXTREMELY disappointed
