Once you submit you can't cancel or change. Even within minutes..VERY unhappy with the final product. Half of the heads were cut off

I have not physically seen it yet but will. Was a very fun idea for a good friend that enjoys puzzles and I made it from a very special place for us. Thank you for making fun, fun.

Not happy! In the past I have been very pleased but my last order I thought I was purchasing a gift card for a friend to order a puzzle as a birthday gift. Instead you made a puzzle out of it. Not willing to correct the error.

There blurry even though it should great resolution.
I ordered 3 should have just tried 1.
I received the company’s response and they have the Nerve to put there is stars to show how your picture is uploaded sorry you overlooked that no I didn’t overlook it it said great resolution showed the stars were great for the resolution so no it wasn’t me over looking at it, it was a job you did.

The puzzle I ordered was from an old family picture. Although the photo was old, the puzzle was sharp and beautiful. It was a little pricey but made a fun gift for our 92 year old Mom’s birthday.

I wanted to send my son(54) a puzzle made from a photo I took of him his brother and daughter. He’s recovering from a stroke and needs the therapy of hand eye coordination. I looked at the info of various puzzle makers on line. These guys seemed to know what they were doing and had reasonable pricing. My son said he is enjoying his 500 piece puzzle. UPS managed the delivery in a large apartment complex ok. The file prep instructions were clear. Uploading and order completion were easy for an 82 year old guy. The puzzle is over a thousand miles from me, I never saw it but an a satisfied customer.

Several puzzles have been designed by my husband. From the first which was a total surprise to the latest they have been detailed and challenging. The uniqueness is so special!

The delivery was fast. I was a little disappointed in quality of my puzzle but I also had a poor resolution photo. I plan to try another one with better resolution.

The puzzle is really good quality, but the picture came out so dark.

This was Awesome!!! It made a very unique gift. I would use this company again. Great quality as promised. I sealed the finished puzzle, sealed it then framed it. I had to cut off 1/2” totaling the sides. 1/4”on each side for balance. Got a frame at Michael’s. LOTS of complaints. The person getting the puzzle gift couldn’t say enough on how nice it was.

The ordering and getting the puzzles were easy and quick in receiving the puzzles in the mail. However, they are Christmas presents so I haven't opened them to see the results.

+'s: so cool to turn my vac beach pic into a puzzle! Adding text which shows up on the puzzle, too. Nice box. Fairly quick delivery.
-'s: puzzle image is slightly dull/not crisp, but likely due to quality of pic I uploaded. A bit pricey.

My sister and brother-in-law are in their mid-80s and told me they now build puzzles. I bought one 1000 piece for them for Christmas and then for my sis a picture of my mom, her dad and 6 of her siblings when they we just kids sitting on the running board of an old car. I haven’t delivered it yet but I am sure at age 86 she’ll love it. For my brother-in-law who is a Retired Navy Chief Petty Officer we bought him a bird house with Navy colors and Navy emblem at the entrance hole. We bought the beautiful bird house from Paradise Birdhouses in Youngsville NC. That have a wide selection of bird houses and their new bat houses.

Exactly what I wanted. Sturdy pieces, pictures came out great.
