Disappointed …

This is the message I got from the person I bought the puzzle from:

Started the puzzle but what ever angle you look at it the sort of cut they have done spoils it, normally they blend in better and look more seamless, it’s a shame.

So I’m not impressed and really disappointed as it was a present for my mother in law who loves puzzles. 🧩
Will try a different website next time.

Absolute satisfaction

Absolute satisfaction! I must highlight the human approach and incredible willingness, when they tried in all respects to accommodate the customer. It was a complaint (my fault). I will only order puzzles from this company in the future. Speed, responsiveness, communication, solving the request, everything at the maximum level. More such companies on the France market. Thank you for a beautiful gift for my daughter.
